@VodafoneIN Since the past 3 months, I have been getting extremely poor network reception at my home, and this issue is faced by all Vodafone subscribers. I get only one bar of network and that too, it is not 4G or 3G; it is Edge. Kindly send your network engineer to my address.

@VodafoneIN converted postpaid to prepaid at your store. They said insert SIM a half hour later, call 59059 when network shows. 5 hours later your call centre says this will take 3 days. All of this is so disappointing. Time to go to Jio I guess.

Can #Vi have any solution to sort out my internet connection. I port my number to vi on 25 april. From that day my interest connectivity continuosly drops. I went to the vi store n they changed my sim card as solution bt the problem remains same. @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare
