@VodafoneIN Since Jan2019 I haven’t received any assistance/ resolution to my complaints. All what I get is.. maximum optimisation has been done to enhance the network in your area... that’s it! And guess what after 3 max optimisations, still the same. No network!

@VodafoneIN your network has gone bad to worst. I only receive 1 or 2 bars in range. Also your 4G works like 2G. You need to improve or we need to change operator the only options for us.

You are right @NavadhaPandey on one thing about @VodafoneIN they have better paying customers - they who are then turned into a paging device customer. I largely use my #iPhone as a pager to get missed call alerts and as an #iPod to listen to podcasts, music and browse

@ViCustomerCare Yesterday there was wrong deduction on my Vodafone prepaid number of Rs.25. I have contacted 3 times vi care & executive told that server is down. Today when I spoke to vi care, they told they don't know, how come idel phone started working! Revert money.
