    @VodafoneIN I've been a postpaid cust for 3 yrs now and unfortunately i've been getting 0 bars at my home for the past 10 days. Have already raised with cust care and have 2 pending tickets (522844652,524257526) with no resolution. Please resolve. Thanks

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Can’t phathom what’s going wrong with you guys. Horrible internet speeds, poor connectivity and to make it worst call drops every 2-3 mins since this morning. Haven’t been able to have any conversation on the phone since this morning 😡😡

    @VodafoneIN Day by day ur network becomes very bad. Many times call drops, not reachable, switched off. Now, due to ur poor network, my @amazon parcel returned as their representative unable to contact me. My Location is Marol, Andheri 400059. 😡🤬#badservice #frustrated

    @adidaga @VodafoneIN @Speedtest @airtelindia @Idea @VodaIdea_NEWS I have raised the exactly same point to #vodafone4g that u charge rent fo 4G service but we never experienced 4G and gave false multiple commitment of improvement of service. I have port my service to JIO after many complaints to Vodafone but no revert. @TRAI please look into it.

    @VodafoneIN I'm trying to cal my fly members on the same network but it's says this mobile no. does not exists. We went to a Vodafone store saw 20+ users with the same issue. Why should we pay monthly bill if the basic connectivity is not working @TRAI please help #VodafoneIndia

    @ViCustomerCare So I decide to go to store #2. Again follow Google Maps. This time, it’s not shady but again the store doesn’t exist. There’s nothing where the map takes me so I call customer care again. He gives me an add which is taking me to a Treebo Hotel. And he confirms that that’s not it!

    Vodafone Idea plans are great, their internet speed is pretty good, the only thing they need to improve is their service. Key issues 1- Sometimes network down for long hours 2- Internet doesn't work at all sometimes 3- Call doesn't connect @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare The Vi android app just says sending OTP but I never get OTP!!! I'm unable to recharge from last 15 days... As everyday I try OTP 3 times and nothing after that! What's wrong with your app?
