    @VodafoneIN your urgent attention is required for at millennium Business Park, Mahape area.The network is worst. Every call gets disconnected or some scratching sound starts in between a call and need to disconnect call.I hope u look into it. @vodafone

    @VodafoneIN not satisfied with Ur service. U make to recharge 35 and give 26Rs talktime actual deduction is 9rs. And for extending validity using balance u deduct 24 that is too much nearly 200% already intiated for port out worst Funda of Vodafone.

    @VodafoneIN @idea_cares @Idea I have been charged 754 for VAS service, which i have not even used, under carrier billing, which was inactive since midJune. Please correct this error. I have Idea number.

    @VodafoneIN probably has the worst network service in this country. Call drops, insanely slow internet speed and disgusting customer service which makes me want to switch to another network carrier. Have addressed this issue to the customer service more than couple of times.

    @VodafoneIN you are moron, mobile data was not working on Terminal T2. Ur service quality has depreciated drastically. Now, after 14 years of association with Hutch-Vodafone. I am forced to move, thinking jio may be better @JioCare @reliancejio please guve your best plan

    @ViCustomerCare Provides worst customer service in whole India. I registered more than 3 complaint in last 20 days but still problem is not slove. Worst network is VodafoneIdea. Customer care executives only say temporary issue.But i shocked 20 days gone this issue not slove.

    @ViCustomerCare One of the most pathetic experience in the Vi Store Manish Plaza sec 12 Dwarka I have faced today. Went there to collect a new 4g sim as I was using an old IDEA sim. The executive was pathetically rude. He said my sim doesn’t have KYC and he wont be able to help.

    @ViCustomerCare @ABPNews There is no operator for VI at Balour Nidhi, gaighat, Muzaffarpur BIhar, when power gone VI tower get closed. NO power backup provided, need to check this is the big thing to mobile tower is not working.
