    @ViCustomerCare No I didn't port out I just port in end of March. Do you know PORT IN means. Don't you have any information about this no. How you managed you customers? First go through my number and resolve my issue.

When she pointed out the coverage issue, your genius team sorted it without doing anything in reality. What customer care...?

    @ViCustomerCare my postpaid number converted from postpaid to prepaid still inactive even my postpaid connection is disconnected.. Such pathetic service.

    @DoT_India Hi @DoT_India Thanks, but @ViCustomerCare is so shameless and useless that even after they know they did wrong, they refuse to refund the money. Request you to HEAVILY PENALIZE VODAFONE so they never dare to steal again from normal citizens like this.
