    @TRAI I'm customer of @VodafoneIN for the last several years I have to do all the work on the phone during lockdown but since1 month I have not been able to get the network properly,all calls are cut off all money is wasted on recharge and there is huge loss of work.Please note

    @VodafoneIN I faced continued problems call drop, internet show 4g but not working, Now I'm stuck no voice in and out **** services provider I'm faced problems last 6 month No result No follow up No one leasing to me And every month pay the huge bill for very bad services

    @ViCustomerCare Your network engineer visited to my house 2 months back since then there was no information provided by them, after 2 month of follow up when there is no 4g signal showing on any of the phone available in my house. There is not even a single bar showing of 4g

    @ViCustomerCare which Apn setting shud I use for my prepaid sim which is in a smart watch and I have 3 options. 1) Vodafone live portalnmms 2) Vodafonemobile Connect www 3) Vodafone_MMS portalnmms Is there a customer care no where I can speak with a person & not a bot?
