The fun part is when I said that the @ViCustomerCare is fooling customers. He replies me back with an arguments saying "agar company ko paisa khana reheta toh roz paise nahi kaatati". Customer care people r so rude. Such deductions if done regularly will lead to instant noticing.

@ViCustomerCare I ordered sim online n paid 2000, it was supposed to b delivered by 18th July till today neither I have got sim nor refund. I visited nearby vi store they said they cnt help, I called customer care they said only I can cancel but didn't told how is ds ur ethics ?

Worst experience with @ViCustomerCare . Two of my numbers were removed from safe custody on July 16th, and I am still waiting for a single bar of signal. Just so you know, my third Vodafone number is working fine, so no network issues here. Porting takes just one day, apparently.
