    @ViCustomerCare Extremely bad service First I paid a bill of 146 then the bill amount was increased to 296 After that I received a phone bill of 1367 I can't believe this amount extremely poor service and completely unacceptable Very disappointing experience @akshayamoondra worst

    @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare Few days ago i switch my number vi postpaid to airtel prepaid """ fine and they said you have outstanding payment services blocked by Vodafone I paid all 35 rs bill and after that my service started now you mother ****** again blocked my service

After customers have spent their time struggling through endless automated menus, an apology means very little. Please put these concerns into action and make human support genuinely accessible. #vi

    @ViCustomerCare The Network in Vashi, keeps switching between 4G n 5G Making network very slow Same with Airtel I hv forced my phone on 4G only, still find Erratic I don't face any issue in Uttar Pradesh, only here in Navi Mumbai The Network is unsatisfactory for sure
