    @ViCustomerCare Not a single call by Vi Team for resolving my bill issue. Why? You have charged me extra amount in bill and now u r nor solving this? Why? Not a single call by you and ur customer care team was also unable to help. It's Fraud by VI.

    @ViCustomerCare I am in London and have lost my phone. Need a replacement sim card. Have blocked it online through VI website. Cannot visit store since I'm not in the country. Need help.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello @ViCustomerCare you have no idea what mental harassment this is even though the sim is off everyday you are increasing the charge by 200 Rs please help out the only option I see is consumer court as even Maharashtra appellate authority Manisha Barkade is not responding

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is working since 1.5 yrs to get network facility well . Yet they are nowhere to optimum success.. As per my condition there is no building blockade or anything. Vi Just using a lame excuse since 1.5yrs.

    7-aug-2022 once again @ViCustomerCare @9085242993S tries to call us and my wife who is unable to answer the call because she's out running errands. So guess what once again without solving the issue they resolved the problem.

    @ViCustomerCare My another Vi number 9425358573 is having some issues like 1. call waiting is not working 2. Not able to connect 198 (customer care number) I have complained many times but got no results
