@ViCustomerCare Helo. I'd made a Rs.295 recharge for International Roaming in UAE of my prepaid number! But there is no network of yours here in UAE despite me restarting my phone & searching for your network here. I need resolution for this issue ASAP. Pls dnt delay, ITS URGENT!

@ViCustomerCare I complained 20 days ago about my vi sim and your customer care person text me and asked about my issue and I told them everything but still the problem was same not solved yet it’s pathetic network is your vi and pathetic service given by you

@ViCustomerCare Very Poor service, I have requested several times to resolve the issue I have been facing since, 15th of August 2022 but till date no solution has been done by the Vi team. Requests/Complaints are closed without taking the feedback from the user.

@ViCustomerCare #vi kindly do the needful for network problems as it's just not me who is facing this anyways although why are u just sorting those people matter who are sending u dm, why can't u just work on network rather than just wasting on creating advertisement work on fixing the problem.
