    @ViCustomerCare While I live in Alambagh,a residential area of ​​Lucknow,here also your data speed is worst,When you have increased recharge money,at least increase the internet speed.That's why most of boys in my hostel don't recharge in VI or else they've opted for Jio network.

    @ViCustomerCare I received confirmation that the VI cannot provide any time lines for any requests and VI team have provided me the details for MNP. Finally I am moving out from VI (idea) after about 20 years. This is the value that you give to the customer who was with you for 20 years.

    @ViCustomerCare It is requested to send a technician to my location immediately and call my alternative number registered in my profile. If you cannot solve the problem then shame on you. Close your company and sell your assets to @reliancejio & @airtelindia and send you employees on vacation

    Why VI cancelled double data offer? It was Great service and way cheaper better than other provider. Please do restart double data offer. @ViCustomerCare

    Unhappy with @airtelindia, tired of complaining again n again regarding network but no positive response from Airtel, making fool by repeating same dialogues everytime without improving network. Also raised the recharge price. @JioCare @ViCustomerCare are better option.

    @ViCustomerCare 7 months ago Vodafone support team promised with me that after 3 months Vodafone network will vary strong in my area...after 7 months issue not resolved yet...very poor service Vodafone team.
