@ViCustomerCare Update: Thanks for reaching out. The issue still persist. I have raised network issue complaint for which I have been asked to wait till 24 Sept. Till then unlimited data for me means 1Gb/day🙃. Hope the issue gets resolved at the earliest @vicus

@ViCustomerCare I’m in the USA & sent my Vi SIM with my mother to India for OTPs. It now shows “No Network.” Vi store in Patna couldn’t help. I’m paying bills but can’t use the SIM, blocking transactions. Please advise steps to restore/reactivate urgently!
