@ViCustomerCare ever since Vodafone Idea merged, the service & internet issues have risen. I have this number since 2012 but I think now its time to port. Customer service is bad. It shows 4G & full bar but internet doesn’t work or is slow as 2G. Please find the screenshot below

@VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Very frustrated with your service. None of your customer service working. Keep in mind one thing that if a customer has any problem, talking to customer care make 'em relieved. But you are working on epic level where ypu don't care about customer.

@PeterRi14419233 @ViCustomerCare every time i put money in my prepaid vodafone acct, it promptly dissapears. recently 66 Rs disappeared. when u complain, u r told u urself have stolen it. I want to kick these donkeys. phone useless for me since i can never make a call.

@ViCustomerCare Weak 4g network indoor coverage. Guys don't purchase Vi. They will just register complain and nothing will happen. I am facing this issue from past 6 months.

@ViCustomerCare I jsst talked to your customer care two times, after calling them say me vanakkam and start saying something in kannada or whatever language and when i ask them can you speak in English or Hindi they cut the call, happened twice with me shame
