    @VodafoneIN very poor signal of both Vodafone and idea in village Rajawali, Tehsil Tundla Dist Firozabad. We're trying hard to cope up being you it seems you people don't really care about your customers, a village with more than 3000 voters may have to switch to #Jio

I am leaving JIO on 26th January.

    @ViCustomerCare Tonight from 3am your network is showing emergency call only,and everything is closed,at my location, and even after complaining so much, noaction is taken,it is just said that teamwork Is doing,if only the team is working,then why is the network not correct now?

    @VodafoneIN @Idea Experiencing Very Pathetic Network from Last 1 Month. Data Speed is Pathetic from Long time. Complaints are also not answered. Can you please take up and resolve this.

    @ViCustomerCare My number has been successfully ported to Vi, and the network signal is visible. However, I have not received any activation message, and neither calls nor mobile internet are working. Kindly check the activation status and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    I have ported to VI from Jio and lost my Gemini AI cloud membership. And I should get the network by last night but still nothing happened. Tweet and ask for DM. Done but not got any response back. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Your response acknowledges that there is a coverage issue at my location, yet I continue to be billed the full amount every month. If you are aware that you are unable to provide the promised level of service at my location, charging the full tariff is neither fair nor justified.
