  @VodafoneIN very poor signal of both Vodafone and idea in village Rajawali, Tehsil Tundla Dist Firozabad. We're trying hard to cope up being you it seems you people don't really care about your customers, a village with more than 3000 voters may have to switch to #Jio

I am leaving JIO on 26th January.

  @ViCustomerCare Tonight from 3am your network is showing emergency call only,and everything is closed,at my location, and even after complaining so much, noaction is taken,it is just said that teamwork Is doing,if only the team is working,then why is the network not correct now?

  @ViCustomerCare I have 2 VI number, but because of bad network I am not able to call and also not able to use Internet. When I raised complaint, customer care just close the complaint without resolving. I think now it's time to change service providers

Either you are scamming people left right and center or you don't know how your collaborators are working. So unprofessional.   @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is just responding stupid posts to buy time. Same question in every dm and they are firm that what was spoilt by them on 13th will be resolved only on 22nd by when I would already be back in India. Will port to another carrier. Very bad experience. #Viscam

  @ViCustomerCare For Vi to Vi change: So many rules For porting over to Vi: One sms Does this make sense? Why is the service for existing customers always so much worse than a potential/new one? Getting a new sim - you can start using it in minutes Whereas for these issues - hours/days long wait.
