  @ViCustomerCare Tonight from 3am your network is showing emergency call only,and everything is closed,at my location, and even after complaining so much, noaction is taken,it is just said that teamwork Is doing,if only the team is working,then why is the network not correct now?

I am leaving JIO on 26th January.

  Hi @ViCustomerCare It’s truly shameful that even after reporting such a serious network issue, no action has been taken from your end yet. Ever since porting my number, the network has been completely useless, and I can't even make or receive calls.

  I want to have a recharge for 180 days..few days back, vi app showed an offer of 1.5 gb/data with unlimited calling for 180 days for 859 Rs...but that time I had already recharged...Now I want to recharge that offer...but it's not showing anymore...Can u pls help @ViCustomerCare

  @Akshay725312967 @reliancejio Thanks bro, I was using Jio but as a prepaid and broadband user because at my place there was not work coverage issue, but as I moved out from there , I will definitely try once I complete 90 days in @ViCustomerCare . No one wants this #VI ****
