I am leaving JIO on 26th January.

    @VodafoneIN I have text my number but still no revert from last 24 hrs. This is the experience we are having. Definitely both Service Quality and Network Quality are Pathetic

    @VodafoneIN very poor signal of both Vodafone and idea in village Rajawali, Tehsil Tundla Dist Firozabad. We're trying hard to cope up being you it seems you people don't really care about your customers, a village with more than 3000 voters may have to switch to #Jio

    @ViCustomerCare Tonight from 3am your network is showing emergency call only,and everything is closed,at my location, and even after complaining so much, noaction is taken,it is just said that teamwork Is doing,if only the team is working,then why is the network not correct now?

    "The number doesn't belong to Airtel". Of course it doesn't NOW, because your failure forced me to port out! Disregarding a Deaf & Mute customer's rights is unacceptable. Big thanks to @ViCustomerCare for following TRAI rules perfectly, charging just ₹7 for MNP with a FREE SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare Called VI Customer Care to port my Airtel number to a VI postpaid connection. Instead of assisting, the executive repeatedly and insensitively asked me to visit a VI Store, refusing to provide any support over the call. Is this the level of service VI offers?

    @ViCustomerCare your self kyc system is very bad & slow, spent long time on the application but was not able to do. Charges are already paid in your application, pls send your delivery person. Order ending with 90663

    @ViCustomerCare Speed is good in my area but I don't know why the page is not open from the VI network in my laptop ,many complaints raised but no single action taken. When we connect with another network it's working fine and the page is loaded fast. What type of quality is vi using. Please fix

    @ViCustomerCare You guys still charges for caller tunes and missed call alerts in 2026 when the competition gives it away for free. Network expand karne ka paisa nai, agaye chuddiya todne. Airtel’s priority network is a step into the future.

    Hi team, We are using two consecutive VI  numbers  and we have recharged number 1 on Thursday and today while recharging for 2 mistakenly we have recharged again for 1.  No response even after sending mail to customer care @ViCustomerCare
