@VodafoneIN very poor signal of both Vodafone and idea in village Rajawali, Tehsil Tundla Dist Firozabad. We're trying hard to cope up being you it seems you people don't really care about your customers, a village with more than 3000 voters may have to switch to #Jio

I am leaving JIO on 26th January.

@ViCustomerCare - Waste service provider I have ever used, bought an online sim on May 3rd seeing in Vi portal that delivery and activation in 4 hours, got the sim after 18 hours and it has not activated yet(11th May) ha ha funny. I have mailed customer care and no replies yet.

@ViCustomerCare just had a call with @airtel customer care. They will be glad to welcome if your services don’t improve. Facing internet issues since last 5 days. What’s the use of data roll over if my internet connection is pathetic?

@VodafoneIN Vodafone is thr worst network in India, last for the 5 days, in my location, there is not 4G network, only for Calls. I have been working as a Work From Home and I had to take Jio Network because of no Internet in Vodafone. I paid 600 rupees to Vodafone for 84 days

@ViCustomerCare I don’t have internet since 2:00 am. On giving complaint the associate tells me they need 48 hours. Vodafon standards has become worst. If customers are late for making the bill payment they charge extra amount.
