    @VodafoneIN very poor signal of both Vodafone and idea in village Rajawali, Tehsil Tundla Dist Firozabad. We're trying hard to cope up being you it seems you people don't really care about your customers, a village with more than 3000 voters may have to switch to #Jio

I am leaving JIO on 26th January.

    @ViCustomerCare 5 calls since morning. For not losing customer who has at least one of your card since you started business in India, you should have provided good service and improve it asap. I am feeling almost cheated since long.

    @ViCustomerCare internet speed is very low from yesterday. Your customer care said in 2 hours it will be ok. But after 20 hours, it doesn't work. Customer care number is not working.

    @ViCustomerCare Great going Vodafone. Someone called from +919884928655 late night (Australia time) on my alternate WhatsApp number. The lady on the line said she will provide me troubleshooting steps and then kept me on hold for 10mins and then disconnected the call. Awesome customer service

    @ViCustomerCare is worst ever service they forcefully try to not Port my vi sim to postpaid to prepaid. They do it a lot forcefully when I say no more than 10 times.
