    @VodafoneIN very poor signal of both Vodafone and idea in village Rajawali, Tehsil Tundla Dist Firozabad. We're trying hard to cope up being you it seems you people don't really care about your customers, a village with more than 3000 voters may have to switch to #Jio

    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing this issue from the last 2 week's and raised 2 Complaints and personally called 3 times to Customer Care team. But there is no proper response from your team. Now again your telling me to wait for some more day's? I cn't wait anymore.

    @ViCustomerCare I will initiate legal proceddings against VI if the issue not resolve within next 24 hours. I have already raised another complaint with DOT (DOTEL/E/2021/28326) and I will move to the Consumer court on Tuesday if no resolution received till that time. @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare The fact is VI has become a hopeless company. For last 1.5 months I am not able to use my postpaid number due to sim crash issue. I visited two of your stores at Berhampore and NSC Bose Road in west bengal but till now my number is on dead mode. I want to close the connection.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to port to another network. Hence I am trying to send PORT msg typing PORT <number> but everytime the msg sending is failed to 1900. I have tried more than ten Times.
