Hi @ViCustomerCare, I am not able to receive and send SMS from my phone. Extremely poor customer service. Is this what a customer should expect? No proper response. Only generic responses. So customer paid in full and waits indefinitely for the service?

@reliancejio @airtelindia I would very happily give my money to you guys instead of @ViCustomerCare if you guys actually bother to introduce a truly unlimited postpaid plan. But since you guys won't I have no other option but to be stuck with crappy Vi network.

Hi @ViCustomerCare I have network issues I already raised the issue several times still not solved If I am going outside about 300 metres am getting volte and 4g otherwise in inside my house I am getting 2g please solve my issue as soon as possible I am a postpaid user.. 🙏
