    @ViCustomerCare I m using Vodafone my number from last more then 15 years and I must say that now Vi is giving pathetic network in India, zero customer service at store, very very disappointed I request to people do not buy Vi network at any cost

    @ViCustomerCare 3/ When I contacted Vi, I was told that IR could only be activated by sending an SMS from the same SIM. Think about that for a moment. No network ➜ No SMS. No SMS ➜ No IR. No IR ➜ Still no network. A perfect catch-22.

    .@ViCustomerCare I have already shared all the requested details via DM. It's been one week since I ported to Vi, but my SIM is still showing "No Service". This has caused significant inconvenience as I am unable to make calls, receive OTPs, or use my number. Kindly check my DM
