Dear @VodafoneIN there is network issue in Alibag Maharashtra area. Call drop again and again, please solve this problem immediately. It's look like that you don't want to retain your customers I will be switched to jio if not solved.

Dear all... Please don't use @VodafoneIN service.. Bcoz they don't care of the customer.. I ve never use worst service like vodafone before.. 1st time I joined vodafone before 60 days.. After 90 days I will leave vodafone service.. I request you to don't think to join vodafone

@ViCustomerCare Ok. At my residense (New Panvel) I don't get any SMS services due to may be network issue but I do get calls. So I contacted your service center twice and they advised me to replace the SIM. The issue is still persists I don't get any SMS from anyone including OTPs,bank alerts.
