    Dear all... Please don't use @VodafoneIN service.. Bcoz they don't care of the customer.. I ve never use worst service like vodafone before.. 1st time I joined vodafone before 60 days.. After 90 days I will leave vodafone service.. I request you to don't think to join vodafone

    Dear @VodafoneIN there is network issue in Alibag Maharashtra area. Call drop again and again, please solve this problem immediately. It's look like that you don't want to retain your customers I will be switched to jio if not solved.

    @ViCustomerCare If I have do the DM also it is waste of my time only bcz you don't have futuristic plan and established network so waste of my time and my recharge amount. Look at your core failure and resolve that automatically it will solve

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged for unlimited 4g + 5g data. My device is Moto pad 60 neo 5g. I'm in Gurgaon and despite having 5g signal I'm unable to use Internet at all. Could you please help me. Sharing my vi number on your dm. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare shameless thieves. You instantly pocketed my recharge money after 6 months but gave me a DEAD network. No signal at all. Forcing customers to physically visit a store for your backend incompetence is a literal scam. Absolute trash tier telecom. #ViIndia

    @ViCustomerCare my only concern is.. that i don't want to listen to your stupid message when i try to call someone. it's annoying & useless & waste of time. what if there is an emergency and your stupid message delay our calls.. will the company take responsibility if something happen ? @TRAI

    @ramn0002 @Ayush_Ishaani @ViCustomerCare Get a fiber broadband connection for that. When operators give truly unlimited data on 4G/5G the network experience suffers for other users. Cellular data isn't meant to replace home Wi-Fi.

    Shocking experience with @ViCustomerCare Visited VI Store, Sanjay Place, Agra, for a duplicate SIM after my phone was stolen. Staff refused to help and insisted that I first port my family's Jio numbers to VI postpaid. A duplicate SIM is a customer right, not a sales opportunity.

    @ViCustomerCare How am I expected to access help section if you have no connectivity? Why should it resurface in Guruvayur, Kerala? Noted @JharkhandCMO apparent patronage/disruptive uncivil networks - SBG-816109 stalker-harasser networks also steal!
