  @ViCustomerCare "UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND POSTPAID ISSUE" I lost my sims one is Airtel one is VI Both are prepaid sims. i went to stores to get my sims back i submitted all documents. I got airtel sim in 10 days which is prepaid.i got VI sim after 3 months which is postpaid. I want prepaid @TRAI

  @ViCustomerCare Reach out to customers and once they get your sim just treat them like you don't know who they are. You know what vodafone....try to make your customer services good. No wonder why share price is falling.

  @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I have complained numerous times to Vodafone about unnecessary charges being added to my postpaid account. They apologise and state that it will be fixed. Every month the same cycle goes on. Llz note the complaint DOT and TRAI

  @ViCustomerCare is the worst service I have come across. International roaming activated but is not working at all. Now I am stuck and all the queries raised since 2 weeks have been marked resolved without a single resolution. AVOID VODAFONE AT ALL COSTS.

  @ViCustomerCare How did you mark my ticket "**********7540" as resolved? Did I say my network is connected and IR is working fine? Is this your customer service? After 6 days of struggle I am still unable to use IR. Kindly see if you have any IR expert.

  @ViCustomerCare They are capable of providing services to low cost or end model mobiles. Please check, vowifi is provided only to xiaomi, not for all. They indirectly support only Chinese make products and not Indian or Non Chinese products. If no improvement,better to port to airtel or BSNL.
