  Dear @VodafoneIN there is network issue in Alibag Maharashtra area. Call drop again and again, please solve this problem immediately. It's look like that you don't want to retain your customers I will be switched to jio if not solved.

  Dear all... Please don't use @VodafoneIN service.. Bcoz they don't care of the customer.. I ve never use worst service like vodafone before.. 1st time I joined vodafone before 60 days.. After 90 days I will leave vodafone service.. I request you to don't think to join vodafone

  @ViCustomerCare Just amazing after 10+ complaints & 3 visits confirming poor network at my place, I was told it’ll be fixed in a week. It’s been 2.5 months & still no signal. What’s the point of 5G if there’s zero basic coverage? Tired now. Time to port.Every time I get new date

  @ViCustomerCare why is so difficult for your cust serv and appellate team to reply emails. We availed the Safe custody option, you charged us and sent a confirmation. Yet you did not activate the service and sent a bill for the following month and adjusted the safe custody fees

  @ViCustomerCare. I have a post paid number. I was outside India for five months. In spite of me paying bills my number is inactive. When trying to contact customer care, call going through the AI bot in a loop without being able to speak to the customer executive. What's the point of using post paid ??

  @ViCustomerCare I got a message that my Vi number 7887087886 will be disconnected as "Not My Number" on Sanchar Saathi portal. But I recharge regularly, last ₹204 just before the message. I'm abroad for 8 months, can't verify. Please help restore my number. Thanks!
