    Dear all... Please don't use @VodafoneIN service.. Bcoz they don't care of the customer.. I ve never use worst service like vodafone before.. 1st time I joined vodafone before 60 days.. After 90 days I will leave vodafone service.. I request you to don't think to join vodafone

    It's been 3 months since we've been in lockdown and since last 3 months @VodafoneIN your network has been nothing but ****. I repeat. ****. So much for a **** that not even a single call got connected in First Go. Never ever. And if the call luckily got connected, then.. (2/3)

    @VodafoneIN No no don't apologise please. I've had my share of apologies since last 6 months. And m done with it. Also I've gotten a call from service executive who promised that he would connect me to the network team. But its been 4 days and m still awaiting that call.

    Dear @VodafoneIN there is network issue in Alibag Maharashtra area. Call drop again and again, please solve this problem immediately. It's look like that you don't want to retain your customers I will be switched to jio if not solved.

    @VodafoneIN don’t call me to ask why you are porting your no approximate from 6 months i m giving my problems but u could not solve regarding 4g network and speed so today finally i m going to port it I don’t need any call from your side

    @ViCustomerCare I have 4gb/per Day which gets over by 5-6 hours of minimal use only. There is something fishy in there. Please help in that. Other : Net Speed is Good.

    @ViCustomerCare Provides worst customer service in whole India. I registered more than 3 complaint in last 20 days but still problem is not slove. Worst network is VodafoneIdea. Customer care executives only say temporary issue.But i shocked 20 days gone this issue not slove.

    @ViCustomerCare One of the most pathetic experience in the Vi Store Manish Plaza sec 12 Dwarka I have faced today. Went there to collect a new 4g sim as I was using an old IDEA sim. The executive was pathetically rude. He said my sim doesn’t have KYC and he wont be able to help.

    @ViCustomerCare @ABPNews There is no operator for VI at Balour Nidhi, gaighat, Muzaffarpur BIhar, when power gone VI tower get closed. NO power backup provided, need to check this is the big thing to mobile tower is not working.
