    @ViCustomerCare I am Amit kumar mandal my vi no 8651222096, Not doing my document verification.Due to which I am facing a lot of trouble.I have gone to him many times. I also gave my documents. He also gave his photo. But it's been 3 months. Not updated yet

    Hi @ViCustomerCare , VI network in my area has been worst forever. No improvement... 4G speed is terrible it even switches to 2G every now and then. Network strength always stuck at one bar.. Even gets disconnected sometimes..Expecting some steps ASAP

    Day 2 no response from @ViCustomerCare " Everything works well on 2G network. Call, sms, internet etc.... Everything. But in 3G, 4G network.... Nothing.... Unable to call, sms, Internet."

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing very bad experience in calls and internet’s. So i will want refund in my bills ither wise i had to port my service to another service provider.
