Dear @ViCustomerCare - Since yesterday I have let your customer care team know over 10 times I have PORTED my number because of poor network, call drops, zero support, bad value for money and more. Now that I have mentioned this publicly.. can you have them stop calling me!!

@ViCustomerCare Your staff has called from 9167002354 and told me that VI are not working on IPHONE 6 Handset in your office but its works on outside office premises . What logic you applied to make fool customer ? Instead of finding issue you are giving foolish excuse .

Now @ViCustomerCare just closed my complaint without any resolution on their application. SHAME, I’m immediately porting away from this carrier. It takes them more than 2 days to convert a physical sim to an ESIM… I’ve visited their outlet 3 times already, terrible service

@ViCustomerCare DCHD10112204255 order I'd I have ordered a New VI SIM on 10/11/2022 But yet I didn't receive any confirmation calls/msg . I contact vi customer care they said any how today your SIM will be delivered but I haven't received yet !
