    @ViCustomerCare I have recharged my Vi SIM with ₹398, but the internet speed is almost zero. Even basic browsing is not working properly. Please resolve this network/data issue at the earliest.

    @ViCustomerCare I have never seen worst network from any mobile network company than yours in last 6 days. When raised a complaint ticket on app it's closed in 2 days with no solution. Customer Care office cannot resolve it. Absolutely bad customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare Facing a location-specific network issue for the whole day. 4G/LTE data is not working on 3 different Vi SIMs in 3 different phones at my home location. Signal is available, calls work, but mobile data shows disconnected. 3G works very slow.
