    @ViCustomerCare I visited in their center very bad behaved employees I used this number last 7 years I had lost my sim on that purpose o visited in Vodafone Store but their services very worst service and I don't want to continue with Vodafone service the reason is sevice issues

    @ViCustomerCare I am really amazed with the shameless approach of VI .You just can’t resolve the problem of network coverage even after months. I’ve talked to customer care for 7-8 times, still no improvement. I also registered the complaint on VI app. But no resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare From yesterday my idea Sim Card suddenly stopped showing any signal. I visited the service centre but it was of no use. They send me a message that they fail to resolve this problem and they also denied issuing a new sim with the same number. My worst experience .

    @ViCustomerCare Worst service, I opted to port out from Vodafone to Airtel, instead of closing the request I am getting calls from VI every hour from last 3 days @rsprasad please take cognisance of this matter and act upon VI for mental harassment of consumer
