@ViCustomerCare My complaint (Ref: C003-145253065152for8750015124 has been closed twice without any resolution. When I called 198 to reopen it, both the customer care and senior team refused to take the complaint. Is this the way @ViNews treats its customers?Totally unacceptable!

@ViCustomerCare I’m trying to get a new SIM for my late father’s number (no network). The Burhanpur (MP) Vi Store says their system ID has been inactive for 7 days, so they can’t issue a new SIM. This delay is very disappointing. Please resolve urgently.

@ViCustomerCare It's been a horrible experience. I repeat, my Easy Plus did not work at all, so I got corporate to activate another IR. So simply refund my easy plus payment. Again, if you want charity, ask don't not steal. Thank you
