    @ViCustomerCare Hi @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare, I am yet to receive an update in my grievance. Why was Vodafone calling me at 2:30 AM in the night? If I do not hear back by 12 noon tomorrow, I will be filing a mental harassment complaint against Vodafone Mumbai circle retail operations.

    @ViCustomerCare very soon going to change my VI Sim just because of the service and along with me 3 more person will replace the sim card due to service issue and I would suggest all of you to not use VI Sim the wrost speed and wrost network. If VI will not keep this good.

    Vi has the worst network in the rural area of west bengal. I don't know why it says "you seen to have dialled a wrong no., please check the no. & try again" during a call. Worst..worst...worst Vi network. Shame.... #viCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia one of our mobile number is not fuctioning since 3 days. Took lot of follow up at vi store and registered complain. Every time getting new comitment. Please solve problem or let us process portability to professinal network who care for customers.
