Later I put it in safe custody but you have shut the service on it . Is this the way you treat your loyal customers?

Tech team visited my place yesterday - they could not provide any solution or alternative. I wish to escalate this matter to the concerned Vi regional manager.

This is a serious network-level problem affecting daily usage. If this continues, I will escalate further. Please provide a permanent solution ASAP
