    1/ 2 @ViCustomerCare I wanted to switch my operator, walked into a VI store and asked for details of international roaming plans for prepaid. I was told to call customer care even though I was not a customer. I called 9848012345 after looking up online.

    @ViCustomerCare Just close your company and customer service if you can't help any customers. Just only keep lodging complains only until my data pack validity comes to end. Worst company VI. Will leave it and mnp to airtel once my plan is over.

    @primateconfused @ViCustomerCare Never ever switch to VI b/c they are big frauds ,you wont be able to make calls,access internet and customer care will just fool you & you will lose your hard earned money .

    @ViCustomerCare Done all recharges. Still not able to send text messages. Visited your VI mini store in ulhasnagar, that executive madam was so rude and behaving very badly, not only with me but with every customer. She was giving random solutions
