    @ViCustomerCare Since 2013, I have been using Vodafone Sim Card till date with starting digits 825888 ….. Currently using it for Official purpose. There was one point of time, where the Vi network was completely shut down for months due to natural calamity in my place ! Thought of having it ported to JiO but something stopped me from doing it. I don’t know why I’m still stuck with old Voda Sim but enjoying it … keep it up @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare .. bring the change !!!

    @ViCustomerCare The order has been cancelled last week without informing me and I thought it's good as the beginning is so awful and I wondered how it would be in future, however I haven't received the refund yet,i placed the order on 22nd August and today is the 1st of September, kindly refund

    Despite repeated complaints since months regarding poor indoor coverage in SHAKTINAGAR,GANDHIDHAM. problem not solved. Calls and internet both not working. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Message received from Vi Care team …. Hi, we tried calling you a few times to understand more about your network issue but were unable to reach you. You may register a new complaint by calling 198 if problem persists.

    @ViCustomerCare I am desperate to change my network other than Airtel Jio the only option is Vi but these guys do not have network no proper 5G network. This is a big opportunity @ViCustomerCare just improve network and millions of customers will fly towards you
