    @ViCustomerCare my sim has been disconnected on 31st July 2025. there is msg to do reverification at nearest vi store. but the problem is , that it's not registered on my name...and I don't remember who gave me that sim. please guide me what can I do... the number is imp to me

    @ViCustomerCare one working day gone but no resolution on my complaint (KOL-V01862232922) also 1GB per day data benefits still not credited to my account. I have raised complaints in the DOT and consumer forum as well against your fraudulent company. @jagograhakjago @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare there is a policy that a customer may ask for refund of late payment charges once in a quarter. I have availed that quite a few times before. This time service executive has denied. Can you please clarify if this policy has changed and when?

    Ported from @reliancejio to @ViCustomerCare due to frequent call drops in Jio. Ended up trapped in Vi’s outdated EDGE network. What a shame that telcos in India are still using 2G network! Will switch over back to Jio after 90 days.

    @ViCustomerCare I ordered a new SIM via doorstep delivery from your official site. KYC was completed, but my SIM is still not active and there’s no network showing even after inserting it in slot 1. Phone already restarted Please help!
