@ViCustomerCare Due to your network I loose my job in covid I complain so many time but no one serious about the customer concern. After so many complain I port my number then they start harassment for pay outstanding before bill cycle I pay full bill amount .

We are very unsatisfied with @ViCustomerCare . Worst network coverage in our area. We had complaint many times but problem didn't resolve. Even 4G doesn't stay for five mins.and this is the reason why customers leaving @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare I an sms received yesterday stating that my current rental plan has been changed. This is totally unacceptable nither I want my current plan to changed nor I’m giving my consent to change it. Please register a complaint to reactivate older plan.
