Worst network issue with @VodafoneIN ,since last 2 months,Same reply for customer care ,network under upgradation ! Don't knw when will this upgradation happen .Everyday more then 8 to 10 call drops and network coverge disappear anytime #Ahmednagar Time to port to @airtelindia

very unfortunate and disgusting internet service from @ViCustomerCare sudden from this morning the internet shutdown and still not working trying to call the customer service, they are saying from the morning their system is upgrading!!! shame...

@ViCustomerCare @atalahirwar Dear Atal ji, Swarnali is an insultive and abusive employee of Vi. The statement from her end is just a copy paste. This abusive employee is working on my concerns too. She, like a coward, never reverted. (Swarnali, you can come to court against me. )

@ViCustomerCare I have changed my SIM card from prepaid to postpaid with the same number.. I am not able to verify the same after calling 59509 as the call keeps getting disconnected.. have been trying since the last couple of hours.. kindly help as I really need to activate it..

@ViCustomerCare BAD experience transitioning to eSIM. I understand that sms would be blocked for 24 hrs for security reasons and now after waiting for 24 hrs, your customer care tells me it would be barred for 1 more day and no reason given! We rely on OTPs!!!

@ViCustomerCare @atalahirwar Trupti is just doing a copy paste. Dear, Jyoti etc, all have same paste. They do same for me too. Never works. Trupti, you and swarnali are incompetent employees of Vi. You cannot work.
