@TRAI please note, i am a customer of @ViCustomerCare. 2 months back i recharged which gives 3gb/day. The pack ends today but my account is showing only 1gb left. I suspect Vi is intentionally/ unintentionally doing malpractices. This is cheating @jagograhakjago

@ViCustomerCare Hi I have new VI sim prepaid number +91 9081917210. I am using Samsung On7 Pro, Snapdragon 410 SoC but VoLTE calling is not working and phone goes to 3g for calling. Jio VoLTE is working fine in this handset. Pin code is 396001. Please assist me. thank you
