VI is getting worst day by day, I'm just getting tired of this. From last 2 months I'm just getting postpaid bills while sim is not even working. It shows sim is not provisioned, not getting otp, not able to call anyone, shows switched off when someone called. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI Vodafone India seems to be doing full fraud with customers. Yesterday my 5G was working. Today morning it stopped. I did a 5G recharge thinking that’s the reason it’s not working. Now they’re saying it is not in my area.
