    @ViCustomerCare well dm doesnt work but I just want to say that plz update your list for volte support for Samsung devices as the list is stuck in 2018 or like that as even current 5G phone's doesn't support vodafone's volte

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, my issue got resolved , now I am able to access the sim, thanks for the support but please make sure customer shouldn't face such issue, 5 offline visit to VI store , lot of problem and escalation needed just for sim renew. Anyways Thanks for help.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdeaIN My network problem has not resolved yet. No efforts has been made so far by the technical team. Service request #3-143573282320 , #3-143712597808 and many more have been closed without resolution. is the Consumer forum the only option left for me now?

    @ViCustomerCare Hey I own J7 2015, M30s, Tab A 10.5, M13, A15, A35 and I want to say none of them support Vi's Volte but M13, A15 and A35 support VoNR would you guys take a bit of pain to add them to your IMS config and database so I can use VoLte as now auto blocker restricts 2G
