    Dear @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS what this fraudnees is going on with me . 168 refunded by vodaida as a porting issues complain. After that four times i recharge with 20 total amount should be more than 225 but today when i chek i found only 11.94 .why where

    @karthikKatraga6 @ViCustomerCare Moreover, #vi customers Base is shirking, they may not invest more in 4g/5g and n South India. They will continue with North and avoid South India .In case of BSNL, it’s government and bit late but committed to provide good service. #vi don’t have any commitments or timeline.

    @karthikKatraga6 @ViCustomerCare Naturally ,other options are Jio or airtel. If you don’t like then wait for Bsnl next month.,for #vi first priority circles are north india, South india is second, #vi will take another one year i.e next June 2023 for full service/coverage improvement. #vi 5g a dream.

    Vodafone Idea Limited In this era of WFH, UPI, online transaction, net banking @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp doesn't provide VoLTE facility in Bihar. Don't know if it can't bear the cost of it or just ignoring it and charging customer for the service they don't even provide.
