    @ViCustomerCare i recharge Rs 47 for unlimited callertune but still not activated.. when i activated any tune then says could not processed. Whats is this? Is type of service you provide. Already 2 hours over.. but still not activated.

    @ViCustomerCare thanks for the call and time, however you just wasted my time and energy, you have no solution at all. So Next time before calling your customer, be prepared to give a solution instead of apology. Apology do help recovery of losses.

    My biggest wrong decision I choose BSNL as my secondary connection... I paid rs.147 amount deducted but recharge failed worst server ever. If you afford never purchase BSNL go for Airtel or Vi.. I am already using Airtel that's fantastic now i want @ViCustomerCare for 2nd sim.
