This issue has been coming since so long now that there are continuous deductions from company end for different VAS services.. And when contacted the customer support, team is extremely rude and put call on hold for long.. Pathetic services. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare I am unable to talk to the executive regarding some issues. Unfortunately the official WhatsApp is not useful. Only default messages are repeating. With out my permission some application are activated ( amount been deducted).

@ViCustomerCare Ok, Maybe it's coincidence my recharge got over yesterday and I wasn't able to get it port today to Airtel as I was told that it should be under validity for outgoing. So here I am again a Vi customer for next 2-3 weeks. @ViCustomerCare got some more time now.
