The @ViCustomerCare voicemail service sucks so deeply. Long, long preamble. Timestamps inaccurate. Passcode changes automatically for no bleddy reason except some systems person thinks passcodes should change every so often. Must be a millennial who hates voicemail.

@ViCustomerCare there is NO SIGNAL on our 5 VODA/IDEA phones at Pin Code 263132 from 2pm. Sending Emails to customer care and get a reply if bills are paid. What a callous attitude indeed. Seems VodaIdea not keen on retaining 25+ year customers. SHAME SHAME
