  Just after a 365days recharge, me & my friend both started having problems in #Vodafone; connectivity issues & call drops multiple times a day in last 30 days. Whereas, everything is fine in my 2nd #Vi SIM which has a normal 28days data recharge, with talktime! @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea has only one response- We don't want to lose you. They're cheating customers and denying basic help. They have scrapped all basic plans. Does everyone needs data and SMS? Nothing for old people who only need talk time. Disgusting. Shame on you.

  Requesting #Vi #Vodafone @ViCustomerCare to provide standalone "service validity" with data packs; I use 1 Vf SIM exclusively for data, will have to drop it in view of tariff hikes.

  @ViCustomerCare False promises being made by your retention team to prevent me from porting out of Vodafone. Pl note that I was told by retention team that fraudulent charges on my bill would be waived. However 24 hrs later I get a call from customer care saying they won't be.

  I seriously hope Vi can fix its pathetic network in Jharkhand circle @VodafoneGroup @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare 4G network coverage is below avg with no VoLTE yet? 4G data speed is also very very poor, hardly get average of 4MBPS at all times. A decent improvement is needed.
