    @VodafoneIN facing call drop issue at my area kolkata 700011.Narkeldanga sir gurudas road. It's unexpected from you. Earlier I post that I will switch to vodafon from jio but this is happening.. I'm very disappointed, feeling helpless.

    @TRAI @VodafoneIN Trai Request your kind intervention here. Vodafone continuously harassing for PORT code. Vodafone said my 3 mobile connection linked together so for delinking visited Vodafone store, called 3/4 times on 198, mailed also but no such resolution. Pls help for UPC

    @VodafoneIN I see an overbill of around Rs.2995/- March & Rs.1198/- for February. I tried checking on my Vodafone App, but it shows as One time charge. Now my outgoing calls are barred. Please help on the crisis situation. #billing

    Pathetic response @VodafoneIN I've been calling your support team from the past 1 year and asking them to cancel all special services on my Grand father's number but every other day you surprise him by activating another service on his phone without his knowledge. You are fraud!

    @reliancejio @JioCare @BSNLCorporate @airtelindia @VodafoneIN you all are of same types. low data speed and when user complains just one statement that due to large number of users the speed is slow down. networking team will resolve this & then nothing happens. 🙏🏻

    @VodafoneIN Either solve the problem of false billing which has been pending since April 2020 or guide me to port my postpaid no. 9830916740 to @reliancejio. After spending 6 long years, you just forcefully incurred late payment fee from me in this emergency situation..well done!

    @VodafoneIN facing call drop & internet speed issue from last 5 days at my location kolkata 700011. I never expect this kind of service from vodafone earlier I complain against jio for the same & now vodafone on the same way. Call get disconnected & after several second .

    @MehtaKiran3 @VodafoneIN @gschahal I'm facing the same problem. I have discontinued a VAS in November'19. Vodafone is charging me every month & then after numerous mails reversing it. Finally I had to complain in the Consumer Helpline. Finally I have not been charged for the VAS this month. #vodafoneidea

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI Why there is no reply/ follow up for the issue. If you can’t explain the charges then you shouldn’t have stopped my outgoing calls in this crisis situation. My outgoing services are withdrawn from yesterday. #vodafoneidea #CarelessVodafone

    @ViCustomerCare received below sms. Hello! Your English Seekho - 7 Days is activated. Amount charged is Rs 3.00 /- for 1Day. Renewal charge is Rs 21.00@1Week. To deactivate, SMS STOP to 155223. I never activated this.

    @ViCustomerCare a customer calls 199 with a query pls keep it professional to ans query. Don't ask stupid questions like who are you, what's your father's name? Do customers ever bother to check the full name of your executive or CEO. Resolve query. @MaharashtraLSA @DoT_India
