    Between January and today, I have called customer care at least 20 times. Each time I've bn told charges will be reversed but it hasn't been.Nobody has called from @ViCustomerCare but I get sms saying that I did not answer my phone. Fed up of yr cheating and lying malpractices

    @ViCustomerCare Now when I called him at 6:30 pm to inquiry for my sims, I was told it will not be delivered today as they won't be able to come and asking me to receive the sims on Monday 26th Sep'2022. Is this your standard of service you give to your customer. Shame on you all

    @ViCustomerCare same thing again, no response from the technician.from 1 yr u guise r wrking. Its the worse quality tower service by vi. U guise are really doing bad with a old hutch customer.

    Just after a 365days recharge, me & my friend both started having problems in #Vodafone; connectivity issues & call drops multiple times a day in last 30 days. Whereas, everything is fine in my 2nd #Vi SIM which has a normal 28days data recharge, with talktime! @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare The outgoing service of my mom's phone stopped but incoming was active. I had recharged using talk time of INR 50/- Now VI is forcing me to pay for another higher plan to restore the services. Extremely bad customer service.

    @VodafoneIN 2 bad as far as services are concerned! No single calls happen without at least 2-3 call drops. Internet connectivity abysmal. I live in Kolkata, Santoshpur, S 24 pgs- thinking of changing to other SP - have been 13 years - can’t bear any longer!

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea has only one response- We don't want to lose you. They're cheating customers and denying basic help. They have scrapped all basic plans. Does everyone needs data and SMS? Nothing for old people who only need talk time. Disgusting. Shame on you.

    @ViCustomerCare this is shame on u within house or inside office Network is ridiculous, no one able to communicate nor myself. Is this your normal network system? Or your network not so strong to link your subscribers? I am nearer to KOLKATA. Only VI problematic others are OK.

    @ViCustomerCare False promises being made by your retention team to prevent me from porting out of Vodafone. Pl note that I was told by retention team that fraudulent charges on my bill would be waived. However 24 hrs later I get a call from customer care saying they won't be.

    @ViCustomerCare having faced repeated problems in CUG Postpaid connection. No respite despite several calls to customer care. Call drops time and again, no audio in the midst of incoming and outgoing calls. Dejected completely, planning to switch over to other network

    @ViCustomerCare We talk about so many things but the basic concern is that Indian companies cheat customers and they take advantage of the Indian consumer laws. Their excuse is that company policies don't allow them to refund customer's money, even when no service was provided.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare and @JioCare @DoT_India mobile number 6264704770 was ported from Jio to Vi. It has now been permanently deactivated, and neither Vi nor Jio is helping me recover it. This number is very important to me. Kindly look into the matter and help me get it back.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , My father, who was the account holder of our family postpaid numbers, has recently passed away. Due to this sudden crisis, we couldn't pay the 2 months' bill and are facing severe financial distress. Customer service is threatening to disconnect all numbers. We want to clear the dues and transfer the ownership, but we need emotional and financial breathing room. Please help us temporarily freeze outgoing charges and clear dues without disconnecting our lines.

    @ViCustomerCare This is how you troubleshoot - 1 chat support asks tonnes of questions and redirects user to email 2 email support asks the same questions again and again. does nothing. 3 twitter tries to corner the user in to DM and asks same questions again and again
