    .@VodafoneIN I have sent request for mobile no. Portability. 9007052173 but i received SMS that UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance. Kindly resolve it soon

    @JioCare @dsingh_101 Jio is doing superb in terms of providing services and network even during the lockdown.. Kudos to them and Vodafone @VodafoneIN is not even helped me in fixing a Vodafone mifi that I bought as a corporate customer... Stopped working after purchase and they did not help me

    Topic @VodafoneIN 2: My mom has been using a Vodafone connection where she has been repeatedly charged for callertunes, which were not at all selected by her. On complaining, the customer care says due to lockdown & work from home, money cannot be refunded. To be continued...

    @VodafoneIN dear team Vodafone , I tried to port my number, but instead of pay the amount, still I'm getting messages like pay the amount and can't generate UPC, contact service provider, the behaviour from your customer service agent is also very bad. Port my number.

    @VodafoneIN You are providing meagre data 20gb per day for post paid connection 9836403646 charging Rs299 per month while jio is giving 45gb data for much lesser amount.Even prepaid customer are given more data by you. I am not able send email to you. System is returning mails.

    @VodafoneIN I don't want to waste your and your team time, stay at home (as you did since launch of FAKE 4G) and be safe. You guys and not capable to improve the service. If you guys seriously do something, then you can find location mentioned in attached image. Thank you for reply.

    @JijithBJP @bsnlandamannic @VodafoneIN @BSNL_AN please don't impose unfair charges to people of Andaman. At mainland, the max that a customer is paying for 4G on an avg is 200 INR a month for 20+ Mbps speed. Broadband customers are nearly paying 700-1000 INR for 100+ Mbps ultd. Pls chk tariff of Andaman after that.

    @ViCustomerCare BAD experience transitioning to eSIM. I understand that sms would be blocked for 24 hrs for security reasons and now after waiting for 24 hrs, your customer care tells me it would be barred for 1 more day and no reason given! We rely on OTPs!!!

    @msrbpl @ViCustomerCare The capacity attached to radio set the speed right. If fiber connected at a cell site can provide max. 500 Mbps only then we can't expect more than that. In other areas I have found speed between 300-450 Mbps only as fiber backhaul is less on that sites. Maybe same issue near you

    5G is a dud like 3G worldwide. @ViCustomerCare needs to improve 4G in 22 telecom circles n increase its customer base with affordable prices.Also introduce 5G in NSA mode in major circles so that in future 6G'll be compatible with 2G,4G n 5G. As of now concentrate more on 4G!!

    Pathetic customer service by @ViCustomerCare. Was given wrong information by Vodafone Exec about International Roaming pack in Azerbaijaan. Activated IR pack (2999 for 7 days) based on the assurance. Now I have been given a bill of 21K+.

    @msrbpl @ViCustomerCare Inside my home, I get 200-250 Mbps at one point, 450-500 at other and more than 800 in another room which is in direction of tower. All depends of direction of phone and antenna from tower. Inside our home there are 100 of things that can obstruct signal.

    @msrbpl @ViCustomerCare The screenshot you posted clearly shows you tested Jio 5G on N28 i.e 700 MHz band and signal is -104dBm which tells you are far from tower. With this band you can get good indoor coverage but speed is max. 60-75 Mbps without any congestion/near tower. Try it with Band N78 band.
