    @VodafoneIN Your service is pathetic!!! Poorest customer service and zero focus on customer satisfaction. @Idea your merger with Vodafone has spoiled the brand of Vodafone. I have using Vodafone for last 10 years but now I think it's time for change

    @VodafoneIN I am ur customer since 1996. I am an ardent supporter of Vodafone. But I regret to say that call drops and slowest internet speed are forcing me to leave this service. Please rectify such problems soon.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea I am a Vodafone Kolkata user since 2015. And and ex-employee of Vodafone India. Since 2015 , I keep on raising my voice regarding low / no coverage issue in my residential area. Large number of Vodafone subscribers are heavily impacted due to this issue. (1/n)

    @VodafoneIN You should shut down your third class network. Just to tweet or else play a song on any streaming app takes a lot of time. Unable to watch Youtube videos without buffering and opening a website is impossible. You don't deserve a single penny for the service u provide.

    @VodafoneIN here at Babubazar, kolkata my internet is not working i have to use jio wifi for using internet hahaha. I have send you my address in message 3 times but its not working again. Hope you will solve the issue otherwise i will definitely change my sim and choose JIO sim.

    @VodafoneIN you have the worst network possible. I’m a postpaid user and have one of your Red plans, that literally makes me see red nowadays. Poor connectivity is an understatement for u. Just tell me how to port put, as soon as possible.

    @VodafoneIN My wife phone two sim lost,went to police complained,met your officials at Kolkata near Naktolla for blocking both issue duplicate with same number.Instead ask to send mail to mail ID that do not exist .Today through customer care got another mail ID and asked for duplicate sim

    I mnp to vi 2 weeks and had been using their pathetic service after then. My daily 1.5 gb data is getting wasted and their network says there is no network problem in my area. Pathetic service #VIFraud @ViCustomerCare refund my recharge money.

    @JioCare UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance. I am getting this msg from @ViCustomerCare Kindly help @JioCare for this..!

    @vishanu123 @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Vodafone is charging 45 and 49 rupees for different services which can't be used by my dad's phone as it's not a smart phone....this has been since many months... When contacted customer care, they said third party apps have deducted money.... how's it possible??
