@ViCustomerCare Have complained regarding network issue. Comp no 003104452724943. But really surprising that have not received any call and it's showing resolved. The issue not resolved. This how customer issues are solved at VI ??????

@ViCustomerCare 9019151449 No volte hence unable to make calls last 2 weeks. New SIM 4G bought from Vodafone store yesterday. I am having a Samsung M30. Other network carriers Volte working perfect in my phone. Its pathetic.

@ViCustomerCare Really i am very disappointed with this network, so many times i have given my feedback till now they are not rectified the network issue.Signal shows 4g+ but when i check in VI app shows high speed limit is 2g. #Cheating and #looting.

@ViCustomerCare Than why were you saying it's a temporary issue and it's been fixed on all my previous complaints? @DoT_India please look into this. It's been than 3 Months I have raised multiple complaints but still the issue is not fixed

@ViCustomerCare Dear Your network is very poor , and you are suggesting me what rubbish thing , please improve your network , as it automatically change 4g to 2g and pause vedeos. Or disconnected automatically from internet , I have to made repeatedly aeroplane mode on of it is very problematic

@ViCustomerCare even after complaining that i am not getting good internet speed still it has not yet resolved.. One day there will be a problem of not having network bars and the other day there will be a problem of not having good Internet speed.

@ViCustomerCare No thanks. I had enough, thy are not even capable of finding the issue 1st they said full coverage & now just saying "technical issue" arre what kind of tech issue be specific, it could be problem only from my side & not in my surrounding. I know currently Site visit not possible
