The Vodafone customer care will answer that our network team will answer you withing 48 hrs . However mostly they don't call and after 7 days the complaints automatically closed.

Request customer care to extend to data for next month or request to convert as monetory benefit or ask discount on future recharge. Come . Last 1 year I have registered more than 50 times and each time you are failed to provide adequate network.
