I already sent network and signal diagnostics frm my side, stil they are asking for more! Pathetic cust service and totally unacceptable as these tests are supposed to be performed by the netwrok team after visiting the premises. VI was almost invisible in most of Utrakhand. I had to purchase another operator’s sim during the Utrakhand trip because VI network was so bad over there.
