    @VodafoneIN converted postpaid to prepaid at your store. They said insert SIM a half hour later, call 59059 when network shows. 5 hours later your call centre says this will take 3 days. All of this is so disappointing. Time to go to Jio I guess.

    @VodafoneIN Since the past 3 months, I have been getting extremely poor network reception at my home, and this issue is faced by all Vodafone subscribers. I get only one bar of network and that too, it is not 4G or 3G; it is Edge. Kindly send your network engineer to my address.

    @MansiPare @ViCustomerCare same thing happened to me in may month and it got resolved in july I created backup sim of airtel best decision of my life, again the same issue appeared and again it will take 1-2 months to resolve @ViCustomerCare is worst customer care and VI is worst network in india
