    Strange problem being faced by @VodafoneIN consumers of #Mumbai Circle whenever they call @airtelindia consumers of #Maharashtra circle. Call hardly connects. Even if connects, voice can't be heard. Airtel guy has to call back to Vodafone guy to talk normally.. mischief? @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare my service has been suspended on 4th may,We’d due to non payment of 136 Rs of donor service provider @airtelindia. I have made the payment on wed & it’s been 4th day still my service is not activated. Sent numerous mails visited vi gallery. Pls help @rmstakkar

    This problem is faced by all my colleagues. Feels like everyday problem. Now we are resorting to WhatsApp calls to call Airtel Network of MH Circle. This issue should be resolved by both parties immediately for the sake of better consumer service. @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN

    Port in to @ViCustomerCare network Today itself, Used 200 MB NOW no mobile data , can't access mobile data on any app, or website.... Other VI users are using it fine... Only SIM in mobile, headset is dual 4G VoLTE, updated with Android 12. Checked setting Mobile data roaming etc

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare so apparently Vodafone is deducting balance in the name of VAS even when customer doesn't request for the services. Their customer service representative informed me that this is a known issue. They do not refund customers unless a customer calls and cancels
