@VodafoneIN when it comes to paying bills, I receive 1000 of SMSs and calls to pay my bills but when it comes to providing service these people seems disappear. I really plan to switch my network as it is very expensive and giving extremely poor service. #vodafonenetworksucks

@VodafoneIN Dear @VodafoneIN ..I think you should give proper training to customer service agents like Aishwarya as she was totally illogical in her conversation and when I requested the call to be escalated she had the audacity to disconnect the call. Check recording.
