    @ViCustomerCare pls contact the vi store and fix the prob instead of trying to call me. this is sounding like a wastage of time and energy now. I see a message everytime that u tried to contact me and then no response for days. use urs and my time wisely.. call the store instead!

    @ViCustomerCare obnoxious service! I went to a VI store to get duplicate sim as my phone was lost and I was informed that my KYC was not done and need to convert no. into postpaid. I see why r u still in loss even after merging. The pathetic service ever by VI. Improve it!

    @ViCustomerCare More than month have been passed but neither your service improved and neither I got a call back from your executive. I just recharge my number and now still facing the same issue. Your pathetic internet service is now intolerable.

    @ViCustomerCare iam unable to connect internet on my mobile since yesterday ..and I tried to explain this to the customer care representative and raised a complaint about this but no action taken into this.. pls go through this.complaint reference number is KAR-V00881451553
