    @ViCustomerCare Not able to make calls even after a successful recharge of 719/- , it tells me to recharge my number. Vi Support isn't helping either.

    @ViCustomerCare There are occasional delays & non delivery in getting otp related sms. I have had this problem in transactions from bank, paytm, google etc. Even otp calls do not work.
