    @ViCustomerCare Already shared details multiple times .Also agent visit also done 2 times ..Still the service not updated means whats the meaning? ,can I take it as vodafone idea not interested to give proper 4G to all ,am I right?

    @ViCustomerCare Please confirm whether you have any such policy or it was intentionally framed by your concerned VI store. Anyway will port the no to any other network, if you have such a policy and also highlight the matter to the highest of your authority after that.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViBusinessIndia , My mobile phone was snatched on 6th of march 2022 and in the phone i was using Vi sim. I have been using that number for around 9-10 years. I went to my nearest Vi store to re-issue that number.. (1/n)

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup It's a failure of Vi and Vodafone group that we can't access to their services in 2022. I'm literally suffering with you guys. Other network providers from india are serving their best and their customers are happily using their services in a location where i am.

    @ViCustomerCare Your team does nothing just take a complaint and then after 4-5 days they say problem resolved and it results as nothing improved. @DoT_India kindly take note many times call drop and no int speed. Is there no rule regarding call drops.

    @ViCustomerCare , @JioCare , @ViBusinessIndia Very slow networking, sometime internet not working, call drop problem no resolve, i face same all problem from last 10 months, and bill recovery like as gunda vasuli with highly pressurized by Vodafone Idea

    @ViCustomerCare I am using vodafone since 2007. Can you explain why you are delivering such a crawler network? Since many days network problem is there.. Are you such in efficient to restore it.. It will lead many to switch over...
