    . @ViCustomerCare Is there any internal issue with Porting in to Vi Prepaid? An executive at Vodafone Store, Nerul East just told me that Porting can only be done in Postpaid due to some internal issues. I'm trying to port-in my alternate number.

    @ViCustomerCare I tried to port my number. While this process was happening, one of your corresponded forced me to forward a message. As I texted the message, he said my process has cancelled. What kind of service is this? Please look into the matter.

    @vodafone, @ViCustomerCare , @rmstakkar I am really not happy with VI services. Without any intimation they are change the tariff cost and added in my bill. This kind of drama doing VI with customer. Whe I was try to contact them for resolve this issue, they are not response.

    @ViCustomerCare worst company ever -went to convert my prepaid number to postpaid and they said they cannot do it as a bill is pending ?? How can it be possible since the number has been a prepaid since date of activation

    @ViCustomerCare worse service experience ever. I tried to deactivate my SIM card and give 2-3 time applications in written. But still I am receiving bills. I paid more than 1 year bills for that sim which I never used and deactivated.
