    @ViCustomerCare Please solve my problem. I'm having trouble, Sometimes the network disappears and sometimes only emergency calls And the Internet doesn't work at all, and all these troubles have been around for a week.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi. The app showed me some coins I could redeem, after I did a recharge today. But after that, I haven't been able to found the coins/rewards section. The app design is poor. Can you please tell me where I can access those coins or redeem them?

    @ViCustomerCare Your internet speed is totally dead in our area. Tower is only 500 meters away from my location. Only getting 30 to 40 kbps now 11.10 pm . Improve your network or else people will leave you. Already I have ported out 6 vi sim

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, The Vi sim card no 9833518716 is used by my 88 years old mother. It is not working even after the dues are paid. Would you please look into it urgently and resolve the issue?

    @TRAI @DoT_India please help me @ViCustomerCare is not listening me. My sim is not working and their store is forcing me to change into postpaid. I want my number back in prepaid but their store is saying that they have no data of my number. They are making us fool please help
