    @ViCustomerCare horrible experience . It's been more than 8 hrs and there's no 4g/ internet too. Unfortunately i purchased 699 plan 9 days ago. I feel frustrated. Have some shame. This is the reason people are leaving your network

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone had deducted my balance for unknown service which i have not activated, Called customer care for 5 time from yesterday still didn't got my balance back.

    @AkashMa90715462 @ViCustomerCare @ZEE5Premium Exactly and now they have started doing fraudulent calls as well to stop customer from porting their number to Another operator!! Customer service is great even after requesting them multiple time not to close the complaint they will blindly close the case without any resolution
