@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Been a loyal VI customer for years, paid all bills on time, stayed even during network issues. Requested a small gesture — waiver of VIP number charges — but was denied. Is this how loyalty is valued? Really disappointing. #VI #CustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare What a pathetic service you have. It's already been a couple of months since you launched 5G in Chandigarh. I've already recharged my plan for a year and I didn't know that I've to pay extra for receiving 5G Data for the same. Why should I pay more for the same.
