@ViCustomerCare It has been an unprofessional service from ur customer care team that they activate some plans without customer consent and if customer realise and call back you guys deactivate but still u bill it and try to say waiver processed. Upon checking u process only 25%

@ViCustomerCare The customer care team gives wrong information but still billing with plans which are not requested from customers end. This is literally fooling the customer and not the ethical way.
