    @VodafoneIN I am Vodafone user since last 5 year, But From January 2020 , Vodafone isn't working as prescribed plan. Quality of internet is totally bad and shame full... Poor net quality.

    One of the worst network experienced @VodafoneIN need to work on your network nowadays. Even not getting 2G network at my place. I'm fed up with @VodafoneIN. U really need to do something.

    @ViCustomerCare ENUF OF FOOLING CUSTOMERS....I was assured of issue being resolved & charges waived off.Plan changed & national roaming won't be charged, hwevr I just saw the new bill & agn I'm being chrgd same. I dont wish to use such pathetic services.

    @ViCustomerCare Is their any way to fix ping issue? I don't have any issue with network or speed . both are good in my area . Only problem is ping is always high above 150-200-300 in above 1 mbps speed . this is irritating while playing any game . plzz give any solution .

    Guy's no need to purchase VI Group SIM postpaid services, because after 7 or 8 years if you face any problem. And by chance again group will change at that time so nobody will help you. Current time I am facing same situation because I am belongs to Idea group. @ViCustomerCare

    @VbhvSth @ViCustomerCare seriously VI network sucks ! speed is never more than 300-400 kbps and i have made a complaint atleast 4-5 times but they never work on my issue.

    @VbhvSth @ViCustomerCare I jumped from Jio to Airtel. Airtel suddenly dropped few bandwidth and Huawei phone isnt supporting other ones. Jio never worked in Huawei we nees to keep the location on.
