Dear @VodafoneIN I don’t know when you ll resolve network issues. It’s been almost five years I am facing network issues at home. For data connectivity I started using @reliancejio as secondary number. I wish not to port Vodafone number with any other company. Do something.

@MiralSalunke @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Honestly I agree with you. I so wish I couldn’t have recharged for the year. Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

@VodafoneIN I am Vodafone user since last 5 year, But From January 2020 , Vodafone isn't working as prescribed plan. Quality of internet is totally bad and shame full... Poor net quality.

@ViCustomerCare Difficult to hold anymore. Given enough opportunity to resolve my issue. No one is taking seriously our problem. Always getting call once from someone from customer care later no one is calling to confirm whether issue is resolved or not. Ridicules!!!!!!!!

@ViCustomerCare voda has made no plan for sms users and looted customers since beginning. It will be shut down in a year or two. if VODA wants to survive, they will have to start mini recharge for survival.I m going to MNP from voda to jio. Bye

@ViCustomerCare Very very poor service vodafone.. VODA Now has become DHODHA.. Volte 4g is dream for customers, always automatically switching between 3g & 4g. Now no network and emergency calls only for last 4Hours... WTF..😡🤬🤬 POOR SERVICE is Compelling customers to portout.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Team.I am thinking of porting out from "VI" network. Previously, when I recharged with 49 rs, there were 100 SMS available. But now we Just can't send any SMS. even you are not allowing us to send SMS by charging them. This is pathetic. We will complain to TRAI about this.
