    One of the worst network experienced @VodafoneIN need to work on your network nowadays. Even not getting 2G network at my place. I'm fed up with @VodafoneIN. U really need to do something.

    @VodafoneIN I am Vodafone user since last 5 year, But From January 2020 , Vodafone isn't working as prescribed plan. Quality of internet is totally bad and shame full... Poor net quality.

    Dear @VodafoneIN I don’t know when you ll resolve network issues. It’s been almost five years I am facing network issues at home. For data connectivity I started using @reliancejio as secondary number. I wish not to port Vodafone number with any other company. Do something.

    @MiralSalunke @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Honestly I agree with you. I so wish I couldn’t have recharged for the year. Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

    Dear Vodafone I suggest please you stop your mobile opretor company.. poor your Network all time I have Use your Network but not Speed Internet you announcement 4g Network but steel 2g network speed I complain your costomor care but fake replay me. @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare If first recharge has to be done at the store, then why have you not trained your customer service at stores to implement the same? Why did the agent tell me to recharge online after delivering the SIM?

    @TRAI @DoT_India Can you please tell me the provision regarding barring network by mobile operator (@ViCustomerCare ) if there is no active pack? My pack expired 12 days back & my network was cut. It came only for 5-10 minutes in a day. Once I recharged today, I got network back

    @ViCustomerCare has the worst customer service amount all service providers. Picked up a SIM from Vi Store and was asked by the sales guy to recharge online, which failed thrice. When we contacted Help & Support on chat, they say go to a Vi Store for recharge. Pathetic Service.

    @ViCustomerCare only cheaters are sitting on VI customer care and trying to cheat customer with false offers. In fact , complain will not be resolved but bills will go higher and very very bad network. Better to keep aside sympathy and emotion with VI, switch to other network.
