    @VodafoneIN I am Vodafone user since last 5 year, But From January 2020 , Vodafone isn't working as prescribed plan. Quality of internet is totally bad and shame full... Poor net quality.

    I have to Request u please give me the amount of my current month bill and i want to leave your services from now because i m so unhappy with the solution which is not given to me yet . So please take my Request and i will play it and i want leave @VodafoneIN Thank you..

    One of the worst network experienced @VodafoneIN need to work on your network nowadays. Even not getting 2G network at my place. I'm fed up with @VodafoneIN. U really need to do something.

    @ViCustomerCare wtf with your network speed and ping. I'm telling u if I can't play pubg on your ****** network which ping fluctuate so much and can't even get ping less than 100ms. It's always above 150😐😑. U either give me better apn settings or do something about your net.

    @ViCustomerCare I am customer of VI for last more than 10 years. My postpaid VI number is not working for last 10 months but paying bills regularly.. Beware of VI and never ever opt for VI else you will be trapped badly. VI is a big FRAUD.

    @ViCustomerCare VI is the worst telecom service provider of India. I am facing problem with VI postpaid for last more than 10 months. No service / no sms / no calls. I am paying rental on monthly basis still nobody is there in VI to resolve my issue. Dear Indians, Beware of VI.

    Not to that there's no easy way to speak to a customer service rep any longer. Raised a query through the app and it was closed without resolution. And you can't raise another query for the same issue?! 2 tweets later and still no valid explanations. Do better @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare worst Customer care service incomplete information My idea sim is not working it not showing any network so I called customer care they said it will be free of cost to replace the sim if it is not damaged but in VI Mini store they charged us ₹150 .

    @ViCustomerCare Onceagain your slow net is problem Uploading,downloading & posting any msg &/or photo taking much longer time its v irritating It keeps buffering.. Infact I had sent DM to u but no one has seen it yet I informed Sumeet Korde also but no response
