    @VodafoneIN I am Vodafone user since last 5 year, But From January 2020 , Vodafone isn't working as prescribed plan. Quality of internet is totally bad and shame full... Poor net quality.

    Dear @VodafoneIN I don’t know when you ll resolve network issues. It’s been almost five years I am facing network issues at home. For data connectivity I started using @reliancejio as secondary number. I wish not to port Vodafone number with any other company. Do something.

    One of the worst network experienced @VodafoneIN need to work on your network nowadays. Even not getting 2G network at my place. I'm fed up with @VodafoneIN. U really need to do something.

    Beware with Vodafone idea. I have post paid connection of Vodafone idea and they change my plan without inform me and charged 3 times than my current tariff. Don’t stay with idea, worst experience.@vodafoneIN_Fdtn @vodafonein1 @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I called again and other executive this time helped me set the sms centre number and now its working. Simple problem took me 30 mins or more to get resolve. Thanks for that though.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been tolerating your network because, I believe in your network. It would rise again. But you guys are making it harder to tolerate your network day by day. Call drop, no one is able to contect to my network in one go, low Speed. What else should I face

    @ViCustomerCare today at 1814 I got sms that my request of subscription of 1 year Amazon prime service is activated whereas I never asked for it. I was told by customer care team tht I had word with Mr. Rahul Kamle at 1736hrs to activate. I think my data is being breached.
