    @ViCustomerCare I am an active VI customer. I am facing bad conduct from VI showroom near Bhootnath market, Lucknow. I ported my sim from Karnataka to UP, East but for verification no one called me or my alternate number. Its been 2 weeks now I have requested 2 to 3 times.

    @ViCustomerCare I am sorry. Even after you mentioned issue is solved, I don't find any change in your network problem. It's the same. Even an audio song is suffering to get buffered & how can I have bigger expectations from your network. 15 yrs being a Vodafone customer and am disappointed now

    @ViCustomerCare Very poor coverage & connectivity, facing problem of call drop & unable to connect and poor Internet connection & speed too, unable to download /upload, every time buffering only !! I have already made complaint regarding this but there is no remedy......Pl check
