@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

@runophilia @ViCustomerCare I just could not get them work it out for me .. My issue was having two data plans added .. Moving to one worked .. Though eSIM needs activation from email as well . Hope you’ve done that

@ViCustomerCare I called again and other executive this time helped me set the sms centre number and now its working. Simple problem took me 30 mins or more to get resolve. Thanks for that though.

@ViCustomerCare is this how you treat your customer with your pathetic services, in every second my cellular data turn on and off automatically. It causes lots of damage to my work which i am doing from past 2 hrs and i am also a shareholder of company is this how you behave ??
