@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

Finally, As I already know, @ViCustomerCare is totally based on Fake promises, Now going to file A Report again Them in @consaff, for promoting Fake Offers to customers, let this issue handle by the legal way, Adviced all to talk before recharge, Bcoz they can change in no time

@ViCustomerCare The Kalyaninagar store in Pune has the worst staff. All of them have 10 sentences recited and keep on repeating no matter what you ask or tell them. Vivek Biswas the manager says I don't have time to address concerns. You raise a complaint elsewhere. Well done.
