@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

This is the worst customer service ever @ViCustomerCare bill paid for 2 numbers within the due date, they screw up and the app shows bill overdue. After raising the complaint the amount is credited to one number and the other number is disconnected.

Too much bad service when I had recharged previously with limited data 2 gb per day and I got best speed Recently I had recharged with unlimited data it is too hard to use 1-2 gb they had reduced the speed @ViCustomerCare

What kind of network service do you provide @ViCustomerCare, been 48 hours I'm getting no network in a tier 1 city, I cannot think of what tier 2 and tier 3 city customers would be facing. I missed my amazon order also as I was at work and delivery partner could not contact me.
