@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

@ViCustomerCare I had compained so many times regarding network issue such as 1. Full network showing on handset and someone called then replying number is out of network. 2. Call comnected and within 2to3 second automaticaly disconnected. 3. If called you not respond properly.

@ViCustomerCare how many times I need to tell you please activate complete dnd . Dnd status shows activated but daily ad calls come . Every time I tweet and customer agent asks for details but ultimately no solution.the Worst network.Bunch of idiots are there as customer service
