Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

Instead of providing the UPC code, the customer care team keeps insisting that I recharge again. Only Vodafone can commit such blatant fraud. If you care, share UPC to port number.

Not giving proper service, not addressing complaints and then you have the audacity to harass me for payments for services that you have not rendered in the first place. Any more spam calls & I'll see Vi in the consumer court.
