@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

I have given enough time to voda idea for improving netwrok but it looks like they dont care about their custmors so i am changing my network and also suggest not to use this kind of network who dosent resolve a netwrok problem. @ViCustomerCare

Vi has decided to rob me outright. I bought their international roaming pack that did not work. I switched to a different network provider after 15 years of staying loyal to Vi. Now Vi wants me to pay money for the roaming pack that didn't work. @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS
