@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

I have been raising this complaint for more than 2 months now. The @Paytm (@Paytmcare) app doesn't work on the @ViCustomerCare network at all in Delhi NCR. I have already tried the same on my, my wife's & my friend's phones too which are on Vi network. WTH!!!

@ViCustomerCare To stop or withdrawal of out going sms service in all lower value pack ( below 150 pm) is great inconvenience and a cheat with common customer. We should think to throw out this type of -ve service. Advice for trying to customer friendly.

@ViCustomerCare I still do not have any network at all. This was the last message I had from team Hi! As per our recent communication, we have registered your Network complaint with ref. no. 3-108917323195. The expected resolution date is 13-Sep-2021 06:00:00 PM.

He directly said to me go Vi store. Is this service u r service? I was not expecting. My issue is not resolved. Cal me, discuss. Thanks.
