@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

@ViCustomerCare-This problem is not resolved as they asked me screen shot which I was least interested to give it shows without trouble shorting Vodafone is closing the complaint. Your Channel Assistance Issue related complaint with reference number C003-112932062675 is resolved.

The @ViCustomerCare executives are not behaving properly with the customer. Firstly they don’t do the verification process properly and then without pre informing us, they discontinued the number which is creating so much ruckus to me. Even after complaining about it.(1/2)
