@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

@ViCustomerCare now gone to new low. While on call, without any resolution, the customer care executive cuts the call. You call it as a service? The issue was with internet speed and connectivity, executive unnecessarily gave details of pack and cut the call. Care to explain?

@ViCustomerCare worst experience with you. Your customer care executives are rude and make fool to customers. I lost my phone and VI sim few months ago and when visited to your store, they made me fool and forced me to take postpaid number along with my prepaid number.
