@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

I just call to customer care service of VI and then executive received the call and I ask to give me better solution so i can use better network or 5G mode. But that gentleman said that VI set-up or lunch but did not active 5G. @ViCustomerCare #service
