    @ViCustomerCare I am regularly complaining about internet issues but it still persists. Sometimes it's speed other times it is no connectivity.

    @ViCustomerCare @AshishUpad47371 No comparison with Jio and Airtel in Network, 5G, call drop Only compare prices which are almost the same for nothing... VI is the worst in terms of providing internet, sometimes it shows E on signal bar which is horrible in the 5G era.

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve been trying to update my personal details for last 6 months so that I can reissue my sim - you’ve literally made my life a living hell, corporate Vi is horrible No one knows anything - everyone makes you go in circles - had to get a new number because of this

    @ViCustomerCare The customer is complaining that the recharge plan shown is different from the one that is actually activated. I need an immediate solution to this, otherwise I will raise my voice against this issue.The plan advertised for ₹299

    @TelecomTalk That's because their network is pathetic. Either there is no internet connectivity or speed is too low to use anything @ViCustomerCare. All those plans and extra data given by them remains unused.
