    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Looks like i have to switch to BSNL Network. Both of the networks (Vi & Bsnl) have below average network in area and no one is taking our complaints seriously but atleast i have to pay less for BSNL rather than paying ₹719 and getting poor network!

My issue is not getting resolved and your support team is asking me to pay for the service that I am not able to use. Taking this to consumer forum as well. @consumerforum_

    Absolute disgrace to have chosen your sim for calling and net am residing in Chromepet area and I have got one line of tower in your network which has resulted in regular call drops after I recharged before your price hike, seriously troubling @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare
