  .@ViCustomerCare works far better than its capacity in the rural areas unlike Jio who always trouble customers citing different lame reasons like dense vegetation around the house area etc. Jio's 5g is worse than any 4g network in India. I'm using the primary connection as Vi.

  @ViCustomerCare VI network at pin code 799101 is completely zero; I can't even use the last recharge I purchased. Instead of providing the UPC code, the customer care team keeps insisting that I recharge again. Only Vodafone can commit such blatant fraud. If you care, share UPC to port number.

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago Idiotic and useless support.I am not questioning if the charges are correct.I want to know why I am being charged for exactly 10 KB of data every single day.Explain how it is technically possible for my device to consume the exact same 10 KB daily.

  @ViCustomerCare Is it a bit which is replying? I just wrote tat its a chance for Vodafone to become relevant again and u guys r saying u will solve my problem. I m not ur customer yet due to pathetic service u provide now m just saying up ur game n become relevant
