@ViCustomerCare You guys can’t even manage a simple postpaid to prepaid change. The level has been going down for quite sometime but still I chose Vodafone always. Just send me my 5 digit pin to my alternate number. You guys just stopped my old sim and the new sim doesn’t work.

I m on Vodafone customer using the no since 10 yrs now, have been over chrgd twice for int'l roaming,thgh I made the paymnt last tme, I contcted cstomer care but none is either responsible or attentive, didn't got a call from any accnts team as prmsd. @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India
