    @ViCustomerCare Hi! Our Network engineers worked hard to resolve your complaint no. 3-120675543370, but haven't been able to do so. Whenever I raised port request, support team give false assurance to fix issue and then get this resolution. Paying for poor service

    @ViCustomerCare reasons why I ported out my voda number - poor network shaming even MTNLof past, audacity to increase prices for prepaid, no outgoing sms(you could have charged), regressive policies and no 5G. Clearly Vi mgmt team is regressive, outdated and entitled. Fire them

    @ViCustomerCare i've raised complaint more than thrice against the value added services that have been activated by you or your system to suck the money outta your customers. Kindly listen to those 'QUALITY AND TRAINING PURPOSE' recordings to know i've blacklisted all VAS thrice

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, been facing network issues in my area since 2 hours. It's raining & have noticed that usually during rains this issues crops up in this area. Am near Muthialpet area Kottakuppam, Pondicherry. Haven't been able to contact customer care too. Pls look into it
