    5-6 days complete and vi without informing me inactive my sim . I am very troubling and visit vi store but didn't any solution.i am case on consumer court.i done 1449 rechrge for 6 months and then you block my sim such a fraud company @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar I am vi user and don't want to switch to other network because of vi benefits.Whenever I goes to my Village,I have to face problems pls upgrade network to 4G in my Vill- Ahilwara BIRAUL DARBHANGA BIHAR847203 as soon as possible to avoid network switch.

    @ViCustomerCare why doesn't u have a legit customer care number instead of bots. I have postpaid sim but still it isn't working in J&K. And your vat services are so annoying even after stopping it u are adding it in my bill. Thinking to porting to other sim operator.
