    @ViCustomerCare Till date I have complaint more than 50 times regarding network coverage in indoor. Resolution time was 14th October but when I check my speed still below 100 kbps indoor. So iam going to jio store for porting my remaining vi sim. Already ported 10 vi sim . Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare I am in kokapet 500075 and have converted my number out of corporate account I have got my outgoing barred and message that you're not able to verify my documents during your visit but Noone reached our society this is very bad and annoying please see to it

    @ViCustomerCare PATHETIC NETWORK. CALLS DO NOT MATURE, INCOMING CALLS DROP WITHIN 2 RINGS. FORGET INDOOR COVERAGE, NO COVERAGE ON THE STREETS AS WELL. TIME TO SHIFT TO AIRTEL / JIO

    @ViCustomerCare till now u hv wished more than 5 times for durga puja, every day u send msg regarding the whatsapp support u hv enabled. U t an example of how irritating a network service provider can be.

    @ViCustomerCare I am trying to pay my outstanding amount for ported number but it’s showing unable fetch detail , reached your customer care ; said go to VI store. All VI stores are closed due to DurgaPuja . Please help , will be loosing the connection if amount not paid .
