    @ViCustomerCare Please tell me on which special number I have spoken Because of which you people are taking extra charges Provide me that number on immediate basis. I didn't take any Amazon Prime subscription, so how did you add the amount to the bill without asking the customer?

    @ViCustomerCare You people are creating the money through VAS & Miscellaneous charges (Amazon prime) and making the people fools. Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible. Otherwise I will raise my complaint to @consumerforum_ @jagograhakjago

    So apparently Vodafone India is scamming people by deducting the balance by subscribing for services for which the customer haven’t requested for. They won’t even take customer’s consent before deducting the balance. #vicustomer #scam #vodafone @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare BSNL has timeline and commitment, that they will start 4g pan India by August 2022 & 5g by March 2023. But this #vi has no destination or no timeline providing good 4g indoor coverage or Vowifi. #vi worst network. Entire south india is neglected or avoided providing good coverage
