Now it's @VodafoneIN harassing it's customers during #Pandemic by bills 3 times higher than what I usually receive, their customer care is shut. My billing plan is 499 and I'm getting bills of 1600 & 2000 HAVE YOU EXPERIENCED A DRASTIC HIKE IN YOUR #Vodafone BILLS LAST 3 MONTHS?

@ViCustomerCare As per the assurance given in DM the issue is supposed to be resolved on or before 10.19AM TODAY. But not yet resolved. Worst customer service and experience. If I’m not able to use the number why i should pay the monthly bill. It’s almost 7 days.
