    @akashroye5 @ViCustomerCare It won't also. Please check my tweets. I had an ongoing battle with them for the last 2 month & today I gave up. Will port out soon. Have been a loyal customer for the last 15+ years and apparently due to boundaries and restrictions they can't help. PORT OUT!

    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing issues with porting message. Your agents are putting complaints and at their own convenience they are sending a message the issue has been resolved. There is absolutely no resolution. If this is not resolved I will approach the consumer court.

    @ViCustomerCare never recommending your service to someone. Your executive called that your billing amount is pending I cleared that immediately, but they never mentioned that I had a due amount too. Now all of a sudden they tell me adding the due I have pending amount.#NotFair

    @ViCustomerCare Got a SIM replacement done today based on promises that your network would improve. Except that the new SIM hasn't activated in 4+ hrs and multiple visits to the Vi store and now I'm without a working mobile number. Should I port to Jio or Airtel?

    @ViCustomerCare itโ€™s very frustrating that you charge extra then take forever to resolve it and then if customer hood to your word you will charge kate fee too. Disgusting. Resolve it by 8 pm ๐Ÿ•— today. Period.

    No @ViCustomerCare network in Dharamshala for 4 days. I don't know the reason. Sim is okay till April 30th. Ridiculous to see nobody cares.

    Why my unlimited 4g data is not working , even i have recently done new recharge of 398โ‚น on 5 april 2026, why you people are counting 300GB data consumed with it, i have consumed that 300gb data of previous month recharge ๐Ÿ˜ก so frustrating VI @ViCustomerCare , solve this now

I paid โ‚น6000 for roaming and received zero service in Feb & faced similar issue. Still no calls or data working. If not resolved immediately, Iโ€™ll escalate to @TRAI and port out

    @ViCustomerCare So they tell you to DM them the details and ghost you afterwards. Still waiting for the resolution as the people at customer care are retards and don't know anything about how a network connection works. I have an unlimited data plan and it's getting exhausted.

    @ViCustomerCare I have ported my mobile number from BSNL to Vi through your store. At the time of porting the SIM, I paid โ‚น199 for the first recharge. While my phone number has successfully been ported, i have rec message first recharge was not done by VI store pls help..
