    @ViCustomerCare Hi customer care, today i contacted your customer care for my billing issues and they asked me to hold on so that they can connect me with senior..but surprisingly no body was connected as i waited for 20 minutes. Very very bad experience. No isue resolved. Sumit

    Extremely irritates with VI Network popup notification and SMSs. Tried DND multiple times but still pop-up notifications are coming every minute. Made a huge mistake of switching network. Gonna port my number again to Airtel. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Re-Charge your mobile with daily 1.5GB pack, net works perfectly fine. Shift to 2GB or 4GB pack, net stops working. The poor customer service brought this company from top to bottom, still not ready to introspect gaps & learn from it's fault. The worst telecom SP
