    I am absolutely fed up with this network issue of @ViCustomerCare . It shows full bars of 4G but your internet doesn’t work at all. Have to put phone on flight mode every 10 seconds. Then why in the world this company provides service? We pay our bills and you don’t deliver!

    Hello @ViCustomerCare, your network has become very weak for a few days, due to which I am having trouble sending text messages & making calls, sometimes for 15 minutes the network disappear in my handset. Please check it and fix this problem as soon as possible. Cc @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Terrible network in Vasco, Goa. Every 10 seconds and it shows as reconnecting. Earlier, it was one of the best. It's been happening for a month now.

    @ViCustomerCare Customer is never your priority. I ported to Vi from BSNL thinking that they will be good at service but this was the most regretful decision. @ViCustomerCare just waste the time of customer. Since past 6 month I have been complaining about my issue but Nothing Resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare What's the point in choosing you? Getting 2G/EDGE, that too most of the time unavailable. Frequent call drops, zero network. And complaints getting closed without resolution. Should not have ported into your pathetic service. Started counting 90 days to move out
