@VodafoneIN I haven't got any call alerts in case my phone was unavailable and if you really couldn't reach me to this number due to some network problem that's exactly the issue I'm facing all the time. I'll only talk on this number.

@chris_mergo @VodafoneIN It seems they actually do work on complaints if you visit the store and file it with them. They fixed the 4G at my place after years of complaining on Social media and chat, only after i filed a complaint through their store. Try it if you have any unsolved issue.

@VodafoneIN #Vodafone is the worst telecom service it seems. My Amazon prime membership was discontinued just out of the blue and the customer help is of no use. The mail to the address given bounced. The Vodafone play app is not opening... just going round and round.

@VodafoneIN As advised by your executive I tried putting the sim in my iPhone it worked but didn’t work on my moms phone! I spent 250 bucks to restore the phone and still sim is not working! It’s pathetic! Tell the procedure to PORT!
