    Internet speed is very low. Buffering going on and on. Even many times call drop.After complain number of times only one silly message comes and then after they close the complain. I think time now to port in another network. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare how bad Vodafone jailroad is. Its will be third time I m visiting service center for the one reason only please activate my sim you guys made postpaid sim promises then u can't keep up to them that's why no one likes this company. 9312820404 is still not activ

    @ViCustomerCare Hello! Anyone there! No one called till now, all my calls to the customer care have been quite useless, they have opened service ticket and closed it saying restart the phone. Can you believe it ? I am not able to receive or make calls for more than 72 hours now!!! Help!

    Finally out of this crappy #VI #vodaidea #Vodaphone @ViCustomerCare please stop retention calls .. you hiked price plans and call me 15 times a day but nothing happens. i was with u for 10 years. @JioCare hope you appreciate customers with great network and treat them better

    Update 1: They resolved the issue but when i asked who activated service and when it was activated. Their team is asking for mobile number to contact and not sharing reason in DM or email. @ViCustomerCare can i know the reason for asking number and not sharing in DM or EMail?
