@VodafoneIN I faced continued problems call drop, internet show 4g but not working, Now I'm stuck no voice in and out **** services provider I'm faced problems last 6 month No result No follow up No one leasing to me And every month pay the huge bill for very bad services

@DoT_India Thanks for the support. Seems there is a miscommunication from @ViCustomerCare One associate informed we have to recharge min Rs 179 to use SMS service though we have a validity till Dec 20th. When I called again, they were able to clarify that point and resolved the issue.

@ViCustomerCare is deaf on customer issues. I was deducted 25 even though I didn't avail any services. Last time this happened I specifically asked them to stop this. This feels like fraud. I will be porting out after my pack is expired if Vi don't refund the amount they cheated

@ViCustomerCare I have no Hope or Expectations from Your customer care service. I have already made four Trips to your store Just to get a Replacement Sim Card Something which could be Done In 2 Hours. Now I have to make Another Trip Tomorrow To Collect My Sim Card which is also Not Sure.
