    @TRAI I'm customer of @VodafoneIN for the last several years I have to do all the work on the phone during lockdown but since1 month I have not been able to get the network properly,all calls are cut off all money is wasted on recharge and there is huge loss of work.Please note

    @ViCustomerCare i have tried calling twice. The whole "cricket bonanza" ad plays when the call is being transferred to a service agent and then hangs up immediately. Awesome customer service. So proud to be a VI user.

    @ViCustomerCare is the worst operator & I'm happy I ported out, My final bill was generated after multiple escalations, Now bill payment is not happening, How many times do I escalate for a simple bill payment??
