    @TRAI I'm customer of @VodafoneIN for the last several years I have to do all the work on the phone during lockdown but since1 month I have not been able to get the network properly,all calls are cut off all money is wasted on recharge and there is huge loss of work.Please note

    @sangvoel @ViCustomerCare This is why I ported to @airtelindia 3 months ago. Network has been spotless. Haven't had random 4G 3G fluctuations. Vodafone isn't what it was. Best to port.

    Thank u @ViCustomerCare .I had a long relationship with Vi services and ur net speed was also good but U have "Worst" customer support forcing me to change my services now..Hope u improve ur services and don't let/ force other loyal customers to switch .

    @VodafoneIN for god's sake stop that auto covid msg before every freaking call.. it's very annoying when I've to make urgent.. imagine if someone in very bad situation and have to make emergency call and u start this recoding call for no reason and we have to listen this **** for

    @ViCustomerCare seems Iike you can't afford diesel for generator. As soon as power supply cuts, we face network blackout. No actions taken even after lots of complaints. Even your customer care executive fails to help. I hope for inquiry on mobile network maintenance executive.
