    @VodafoneIN Seems all of VF executives are busy since long back. I didn't received any call back nor replying to my query in DM. Poor service provider.

    Currently, I am unable to use this number as @ViCustomerCare has disconnected services, and @airtelindia is unable to complete porting due to the alleged pending dues. This is leaving me without service for the last 3 days.

    @TRAI DND is clearly failing-still getting spam IVR credit card calls from Axis Bank & HDFC Bank even at 8–9 PM no real consent This is harassment, not marketing. Fix enforcement, penalize violators, and make DND actually work. @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia #TRAI #StopSpamCalls

    @ViCustomerCare very big problem sim card user if any customer didn't able to pay his bills because of the funds problem.they will stop giving service,.ok .after the payment clear then. U are my premium customer pay 11080/- to get again the same no. reopen. They think cust. fool.

    @ViCustomerCare poor services being g provided. Not sending the network settings. Failed to compare with other network providers. Browsing can not be done facing inconvenience while opening ans site. Let the VI think and make the network speed better in future

    @ViCustomerCare I am extremely disappointed with your service. I will not use a Vi SIM anymore, and I will not allow my children to use it either. If they do not listen to me, I would rather donate my property to charity than give it to them. I do not understand the logic behind the deactivation

    @ViCustomerCare The Vi store did not provide the actual SIM card for my second connection; instead, they gave me a different one. Because of this error, there is no network coverage on this SIM. Now, the store is insisting that the SIM owner must come in person for biometric verification.
