    @VodafoneIN Seems all of VF executives are busy since long back. I didn't received any call back nor replying to my query in DM. Poor service provider.

    @VodafoneIN It's been 16 hour, none of your executive called me nor asked the issue. I DMed you but no use. It's being worse service provider ever for postpaid users.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare , please respond to messages. I think only your network has issues with Volte services. Airtel and Jio are providing good Volte services. Every month i am facing volte issues with your network. Even Bsnl with 3G network is better than your 4G. Please call me

    @ViCustomerCare Even if the issue is more than a month now, still waiting for the resolution. Can I get some prompt resolution on the complaint rather than some random pings on Whatsapp and DM saying there is a complaint raised and advising those usual steps which doesn't work.

    @ViCustomerCare From last one month @ViCustomerCare is just understanding my problem, but they don't have any solution. They don't want to solve my problem and don't want to refund my hard earned money. If I don't have network in my house, so should I rome on road to use your network?

    @ViCustomerCare So you want to start allover again? This is the same issue I raised earlier this month also. Any time we go out of Delhi, the VI stops working. Is this a joke to you? Every new member comes and start asking the same questions? Can't you read the full case and solve it, once?

    @ViCustomerCare The worst coordination and the worst network ever seen. I have even paid the whole amount. Even after coordination with caller my sim is still inactive

    @ViCustomerCare Vi is giving false assurances.They are not willing to refund my money.very worst service. Airtel is far better than vi.
