    @VodafoneIN Seems all of VF executives are busy since long back. I didn't received any call back nor replying to my query in DM. Poor service provider.

    @reliancejio I was looking at plans for renewing next month but got surprised to see that how @reliancejio replaced the Rs.1899 plan with Rs.1748 with voice only plan & no data. I am in that few of the customer list who need less data with longer validity. Need to switch to @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare never use vodafone. their basic OTP authentication is not working. my uncle who is traveling internationally is facing lot of trouble because of this.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Vi I am the newest customer of your company post some day of porting I did not face and type of issue but from a day before yesterday I facing such type of problems like delay in call connect and internet down on frequent minutes I can't expect these

    @ViCustomerCare When my sister went to vi official store at Netaji Subhash Palace for MNP from Airtel prepaid to Vodafone prepaid, they were asking for OTP access (login otp) of the current operator Airtel Thanks app why?
