    @VodafoneIN Seems all of VF executives are busy since long back. I didn't received any call back nor replying to my query in DM. Poor service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare Publicily you guys always tell me that you have made a note of my concern or what so over but when it comes to solve my problem you never do anything. I have complaint several time. You are the worst company. Who don't listen to their customers.

    @ViCustomerCare My father's request to update SIM given at Akurdi,Pune outlet on 12/10/21 is still pending. As per them it will take more 8-10 days. Are we in 90's? Number not working from 12th. Kindly do the needful ASAP. His no. 9765625161 My no - 9823811506

    @ViCustomerCare I was told that the service will be deactivated in next 2 days and money will be reduced in next bill. But so far nothing happened it’s been a week now

    @ViCustomerCare I made 4 complain about 4g issue, unfortunately unskilled staff not handle the network issue and I think they can not do in future.and give the wrong information about rectification. And no one are verify fully careless, hopeless, so by by Vi , already I made MNP thank you.

    @ViCustomerCare 18.540703 73.892296 This is Koregaon Park Pune, having Zero 2G Network of VI. Since you are continuing the Telecom business and I'm using since more then a Decade n wouldn't be porting to other telecom. Pls resolve on top priority Pls..

    Team @ViCustomerCare For the last 2 weeks, I am not receiving SMS. After speaking with your customer representative he asked me to recharge with 149/₹. Even after recharging with the same pack, I am still not receiving SMS.
