    @VodafoneIN Seems all of VF executives are busy since long back. I didn't received any call back nor replying to my query in DM. Poor service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare Seriously frustrated with VI! Came to UK with my Indian VI sim, but suddenly it just stopped working! Tried CC but they want me to go all the way back to India for KYC verification and a new sim?! Can't access my bank account or pay uni fees,VI,give me a solution!

    @ViCustomerCare In PIN area 742163, there are no data network in locatoin of my house. Several times I called customer care but they told me to call after one hour. Even the don't gave me a compliment number. I am not able to do any work through your network. Do something.

    @ViCustomerCare VI customer care scammed users for looting money..they upgrade postpaid customers plans without consent and notification. this service should be stopped in India operation.@TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Hey, i just recently ported my 9175165207 no. To vi and i was told that I'll get 1 month of free recharge, but I'm seeing everywhere it's telling me to recharge. I just want to confirm this issue that I'm getting 1 months of free recharge or not.

    @ViCustomerCare No I don't want to use this network anymore. I have been using this since 2016 or maybe before that but this is not the right way. Getting 100 calls in a day from random people those who are abusing. Why should I use this facility

    @ViCustomerCare such a pathetic internet connection you are providing. Have some decent service when you are charging such insane bucks. Will rather port to some other service provider rather than sticking with you.
