    @VodafoneIN After complaints related to network. The Vodafone customer care will answer that our network team will answer you withing 48 hrs . However mostly they don't call and after 7 days the complaints automatically closed.

    @RC_Shukl @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup I had complaint more than 50 time's .... Vodafone reply we are working with the issue .Please keep patience. Now I am hopeless and searching any better network.

    @VodafoneIN How many time's you regret. I am using Vodafone since 2012. This is the worst stage of Vodafone network. Last 1 year I have registered more than 50 times and each time you are failed to provide adequate network.

    @varunabhaysingh @VodafoneIN Same in Gujrat and surrounding area. Vodafone management don't have capacity to resolve the issue.

    @NIIIISARG @VodafoneIN @airtelindia I want to port my sim from Vodafone postpaid to Airtell India. I have completed 8 years as a loyal postpaid customer in Vodafone. Due to poor network issue I want to switch Airtell. Is it possible now or I have to go to customer service centre of Airtel. Please suggest .

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone closed the complaints without taking feedback of customer withing 7 days... Vodafone never consider Customer satisfaction or feedback before closing the complaint. Non professional and non scientific customer handling procedure .

    @TelecomTalk This is very old news. Haryana Vowifi started more than a month ago. Jio and Airtel providing Vowifi from 2019/2020. @ViCustomerCare #vi don’t have such technology. They don’t have 4g indoor coverage or vowifi. India’s worst 2G network.

    @rmstakkar Just FYI. The pains that your loyal Customer (12+ yrs with 5 nos.) has to go through. 9 days follow up with your @ViCustomerCare for resolution of wrong billing. Leave aside resolution, they have stopped outgoing & have forced me to pay the incorrect amt.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI It's confirmed from Vi that, minimum recharge condition is not from TRAI. Requesting #TRAI to remove this obligation of minimum recharge to send sms from our number, this will help millions of people. It' shouldn't be in hand of telcom operators, it's a right of ppl.

    Finally #vodafoneIdea @ViCustomerCare forced me to pay the wrongly billed amount by forcibly shutting down the outgoing of all 3 numbers. Hoping that I will get the credit in next billing once issue is resolved. Else I will plan to move out all 4 numbers by MNP
