    @TRAI @DoT_India Please take care the matter and provide network to Silvassa. Please define the minimum network strength to control network provider and allow us to choose any network from original network providers(@VodafoneIN) sim without any additional charge.

    @VodafoneIN How much time required to provide effective 3 G or 4G services at Silvassa location-396230 Silvassa is 15 km away from Gujrat bordeŕ and having 1 of the biggest Industrial area. Still Vodafone provide poor network.

    @VodafoneIN Please close the 4G spectrum and start 3G spectrum. If your are unable/partial provide 4G it's useless to user. Pls define time for resolve the issue. Keep open and active my complaint till issue is resolved and satisfactory customer feedback. @TRAI for your information.

    @VodafoneIN @DoT_India Same condition in Silvassa. Continue call drops and poor quality of internet service. I have registered more than 50 times no action taken.

    @VodafoneIN After complaints related to network. The Vodafone customer care will answer that our network team will answer you withing 48 hrs . However mostly they don't call and after 7 days the complaints automatically closed.

    @ViCustomerCare I purchased a VI new sim yesterday but still the retailer didn't activated yet. He said that the sim will be activated in 15 mnts. Waiting since 15 minutes. What a **** service you people are providing. Plz look into this & increase ur helping hand in this matter.

    @ViCustomerCare has the worst service imaginable. Keeps deducting money for value added services i have not taken. And customer care says their system is getting updated so cannot help. Horrible.
