@TRAI @DoT_India Please take care the matter and provide network to Silvassa. Please define the minimum network strength to control network provider and allow us to choose any network from original network providers(@VodafoneIN) sim without any additional charge.

@VodafoneIN Please close the 4G spectrum and start 3G spectrum. If your are unable/partial provide 4G it's useless to user. Pls define time for resolve the issue. Keep open and active my complaint till issue is resolved and satisfactory customer feedback. @TRAI for your information.

@VodafoneIN Vodafone closed the complaints without taking feedback of customer withing 7 days... Vodafone never consider Customer satisfaction or feedback before closing the complaint. Non professional and non scientific customer handling procedure .

@VodafoneIN After complaints related to network. The Vodafone customer care will answer that our network team will answer you withing 48 hrs . However mostly they don't call and after 7 days the complaints automatically closed.
