Dear @VodafoneIN please sort the problem of my calls getting dropped consistently also my network gets in no service automatically for 2 3 hours and i miss the important calls given by the people. I have already spoke to your customer care employees they are so pathetic

Hi @ViCustomerCare ,i converted my no frm postpaid to prepaid ystrday, today i received message tht my plan has been changed but frm new sim I am nt able to make or receive calls,sms and internet r also not working.Vodafone mini store guy took 350 for first month recharge as well

Nobody is ready to help. Sent emails also to customer care. Talked to customer care also and they ask me get my number port to another operator. This is how you treat the customer who is using your service from last 15 years? Vi store ambala city, haryana. @ViCustomerCare
