Dear @VodafoneIN please sort the problem of my calls getting dropped consistently also my network gets in no service automatically for 2 3 hours and i miss the important calls given by the people. I have already spoke to your customer care employees they are so pathetic

@ViCustomerCare Every time I make a call to someone, I receive an automated voice saying this is the wrong number and then when I recharge my number everything goes normal and then again next I face the same issue. Do I have to recharge every day to make a call? @TRAI @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare today I got to know the real face of VI, I talked to Nikita Kadam, she was very rude, she doesn't know how to talk to customer or convince the customer, I am really very angry with thier behaviour , I am going to port all my and family VI sim.

@ViCustomerCare The above is for pre paid customers. What about post paid ones? Post paid are paying fixed amount per month. Also, to Disney+Hotstar VIP the billing amount should be 499/-. Why this discrimination? Have raisedthis issue with your call center executive some days back. No response

@prasannajakate @ViCustomerCare Umm before that consumer forum would be the apt tribunal to enforce your rights for your experience in shortfall of service,you need not approach a civil court which has a much slower process,you can claim damages through consumer forum itself.
