    Dear @VodafoneIN please sort the problem of my calls getting dropped consistently also my network gets in no service automatically for 2 3 hours and i miss the important calls given by the people. I have already spoke to your customer care employees they are so pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare vi network diconnected all of a sudden & when raised issue online customer service say 3 long days to investigate while network is intact on parents phone. Tried changing phone & resetting. Its 24hrs & no response. Is it time to look for another network provider

    @ViCustomerCare Want to buy a new postpaid sim , but if i don’t like services / network i want to close it after 1 month . What are my options ? can i close it or how many months is mandatory before closing the sim ? more like a trial for 1 month .

    @ViCustomerCare Now it is intolerable! I have been trying for 6 months to port one of my vi sims. But they are showing me different excuses. "UPC cannot be generated for Contractual obligations. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."
