  @ViCustomerCare it has been 7 years &your signal quality in Trans Gomti, Lucknow area is still pathetic. Whenever people call me directly, voice quality is so poor that conversations can barely be heard properly. On top of that, internet speed is extremely disappointing.1/2

  @ViCustomerCare I'm really unhappy with this VI network. Even though my location 5g network is not working i was worried for that but after a few days I was attempted with 4g network but nowadays 4g network coverage also facing issue even small video and image loading taking

  Hi @ViCustomerCare I was just recharging my number from the VI app, while the amount has been debited from my card but the transaction has failed on the VI app. Please help
