    Dear @VodafoneIN please sort the problem of my calls getting dropped consistently also my network gets in no service automatically for 2 3 hours and i miss the important calls given by the people. I have already spoke to your customer care employees they are so pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare @10Aura0 Users network indicator is not ad inventory for your brand campaign. There is no "information" to show there. Users understand that this does not affect functionality, they just don't want branded messages on their phone's UI

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has a very bad service for SIM delivery. They do not deliver the SIM on time. If you call them, they say that they will get it delivered or they will get it delivered but they do not get anything done.

    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately
