    Dear @VodafoneIN please sort the problem of my calls getting dropped consistently also my network gets in no service automatically for 2 3 hours and i miss the important calls given by the people. I have already spoke to your customer care employees they are so pathetic

    Company like @ViCustomerCare exists to remind us what telecom service in 2000s looked like. Honestly, there should be a mechanism for customers to punish these frauds, other than mere porting out.

    @ViCustomerCare how many times do I have to your call Center ppl my mom’s been dead for almost 4 months now and I had requested her number be cancelled 3.5 months ago. Everyday I get 6 calls, I tell 6 ppl my mom died and they hang up. WTF is up with you guys. Stop calling me.

    5/n I get multiple calls, emails everyday reminding me of my pending bills. But never received 1 follow up on tickets that have been opened for months. I’ve 2 keep following up every time n answer d same frustrating questions.not 1 TAT was honoured. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I'm not your customer. Someone who's your customer has used my email ID to activate his number. It's atrocious that you have allowed it to happen without any sort of verification or approval

    @ViCustomerCare what a worst Co.every month I recharge before expiring but still I can’t connect to any call.. the same message “aapke call ki validity samapt ho chuki hai”where gone the amount I paid huh??Sort it so that I use my money I off the sim😡😡
