    Dear @VodafoneIN please sort the problem of my calls getting dropped consistently also my network gets in no service automatically for 2 3 hours and i miss the important calls given by the people. I have already spoke to your customer care employees they are so pathetic

    @VodafoneIN is their any changes in postpaid plans..... We have paid last month bill but your customers engineer saying only call free no internet service will given like that can you please help us.

    @ViCustomerCare She is shouting for the mistake that the Vodafone representative failed to close my account. Worst ever customer service and response that a network can offer to their customer! If at all you care about loosing the customer please do call immediately. Else I’m complaining to TRAI

    Hi @ViCustomerCare In my location network is not working.. when the power is off the network also shutdown only show the signal no network or emergency call only. Issue continuesly upto 2 years . I complain customer care side many time . It's not take action in my thought...

    @ViCustomerCare makes sure it's difficult to register complaint. Phone redirect to WhatsApp bot. No option I. App everything is required to visit store. In line for 3 hours to get to the store.suddenly SIM stopped detecting network
