@VodafoneIN its been 8 years that m using ur netwrk but now ur Service has gone too low. Months after months m only complaining. Not able to send WhatsApp msgs now sm1's using wifi. Just waiting to finish my validity. Time to Port. U play with that Vodafone Dog. Bhosidiwalo

I would say if I had to nominate the worst internet provider throughout this year I lt would be @ViCustomerCare . It's been like a year when I registered my first complaint regarding, facing net issue and still they gotta say "Sir we are working on it be patient". #VI #Network

@ViCustomerCare Raised a port request, received call multiple times asking for reason. Tired explaining. Had an issue which was unresolved for over an year hnece wanted to move out. Customer care was at its best during Hutch and initial Vodadonedays. Customer since 17+ years.
