@ViCustomerCare Why don't you shut your offices down if you can't handle your work. You people seem to be working as different companies, for Customer care, vi stores, social media and apallete. None of these are coordinated internally. WORST EVER SERVICE

@ViCustomerCare Who did u try to reach ? Pathetically consistent in stupidity! Unsatisfactory service apart , how can u evn try to reach ur subscribers when is there absolutely zero network reach of Vi ? Moreover u hv forcibly changed plan to 399 plan frm 199plan without taking consent !
