  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare you said ownership cant be transferred if there's no blood relation .. however, the person, your Vodafone store executive, who advised me to "send any of your friend in mumbai to take your number so that it is blocked and not available to anybidy else, you can change the ownership from her later" - as a method to keep my 12 yrs old number with myself, after one unnecessary and non-notified deactivation, WAS WRONG ?   @ViCustomerCare I want to bring your attention to a problem I m facing. My father has 2 sim and his Vi sim doesn't have outgoing call and when I contacted the vi support I was said that since I wasn't making any calls from them the outgoing call has been barred due to inactivity.

  @ViCustomerCare Stop sending scripted replies. Use the screenshot, CAF no. or transaction ID I already shared to verify the payment amount & last payment date. Real support solves issues, not copy-paste replies. This is exactly why #AI will replace bad support first. #VI #customerhelp
