    @ViCustomerCare Guy's do not send copy paste responses via DM. You've promised for the UL pack Validity for 56 days or refund for all the 3 Vi numbers. Why you're providing service validity which has no mean?? Guy's, stop doing fraud with the customers and resolve the issue @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Pl dont attend dear Krupa you guys simply ask lots of questions & after answering you guys never accept ur inability to resolve I am 77 & cooperated everytime but u failed to solve my problem However thanks for taking note of my bitter worded tweet!!!

    @ViCustomerCare there is no network coverage. Even for 2G. Unable to rcv OTP SMS. Could you please check with your network analysis team. No call, no internet ,no SMS. pathetic coverage.

    @ViCustomerCare when u respond to my tweet even that i hv to use BSNL mob to see ur response my Vi sim mob takes time so much & keeps buffering Useless net service!!!

    @ViCustomerCare there is a network problem within 10 days in my area(Ghogha:-Adarsh Nagar Fulkia Ghogha Post Ghogha dist:- Bhagalpur)...we have trouble many problems.we have called the customer care many times but they didn't response....

    @ViCustomerCare Its a good thing/decision that I have started using @BSNLCorporate sim for standby mob Vi sim means slow net problem/time consuming & irritating After lodging complaints4-5times Vi could not fix it till date Loading Dwnloading-OMG!!!Horrible
