    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare always say they are working on it -> moved it to high priority -> has escalated issue bla bla bla and does not even have a ticketing system or even a reference number for the complaint. A scam is being carried out in return of customer care. That is how you know

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is running a scam where they pull customer in to a Family Plan and then prevents from letting then leave it. I have been trying for almost a week now. Paid all the bills. But they are not deactivating it. Always say wait for 24-48 hours. @jagograhakjago

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India How many times will you agents call the spammer’s number “my number”? +919582050404 is a Vi number blasting property spam. Read the complaint properly and disconnect it instead of copy-pasting the same reply.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare the way u are looting your customer , I am sure one day you have to close your business from India. I have activated IR on my 3 numbers around 5th August and you added the full month charges in my bill. I have used 5 days only and I am paying for full
