    @ViCustomerCare im unable to send sms even after having proper packs recharged request a call back from a senior because the customer support i talked with was unable to help

    @ViCustomerCare When we ask for assistance, nobody responds. Even the local Vodafone customer service stores, for the lack of better words, pretend to be dumb and Don't help. We want to close corporate plan for 4-5 nos and shift to prepaid. Can you assist immediately?

    @ViCustomerCare on 16.01.2023, I have port my sim jio to VI help of VI agent. finally it's port but agents says once port success your recharge be done of one month but now I use VI with No recharge and Agents also was not there. What can I do? I am still waiting for recharge.
