    @ViCustomerCare vodaphone service about complaint is very poor abt 9320056270 Customer care is very bad Asked them to raise complaint about wrong promise given by the sales team everyone had not raised service request for false information given by sales

    This is total harassment. 1st, you force a recharge on a dead SIM, and even after paying, the network is still "Emergency Only". If this isn't resolved, I initiating a port-out request and lodging a formal complaint with @TRAI for deficient service. @ViCustomerCare @_DigitalIndia

    Hi team, We are using two consecutive VI  numbers  and we have recharged number 1 on Thursday and today while recharging for 2 mistakenly we have recharged again for 1.  No response even after sending mail to customer care @ViCustomerCare

    Dear @ViCustomerCare what's wrong with your network at Noida Sector 134, Wajidpur from last Saturday. I changed my device to cross check but when I visited the local mobile shop I was shocked when the shopkeeper told me around 30 persons visited for the same issue.

    @ViCustomerCare very conveniently has scammed me by showing my Oct 2025 recharge (₹509) - which ended in Jan 2026 as my current plan. Even the Vi App doesn't show my actual current plan ₹859 which I recharged in March 2026. They have cut off my data for 3 days. FIX THIS NOW!
