    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare 3rd time in 3 days my complaint got closed without any resolution. This is beyond pathetic. You guys call me when i am busy and just because i didn't attend you close the ticket. Horrible social media team you have. Shameless. I am porting all 4 numbers.

    @ViCustomerCare, i am porting out for some reason, kindly do not make this a bad experience. More then 30 calls Frm different nos in 2 days for retention repeating the same thing. It is getting irritating now. Thank you.

    @ViCustomerCare What's happening? Why is data balance disappearing without being used? I have seen data usage shown at the time when I was not awake and the mobile data was definitely off. How's that? Peeps, be careful of this scam. Complaint no. MUM-V00795266649
