    @ViCustomerCare - Today I visited PM Road Vodafone office. Agent who gave me wrong advice that my card is deactivated & needs fresh KYC is "SHOAIB". The **** had no regret on his face. I need to meet Head CS for which I don't require any form to be filled. He/She is not a VVIP.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi customer care is not responding at all after stolen my Rs. 479/- in a professional way. They don't have any solution even after 17 days. Worst telecom company in the world. Worst customer care in the world. Shame shame shame shame shame shame shame shame on Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare service request number 3-117813239811. Your poor network resulted in us not using the service. We had to pay for another plan. We suffered great mental stress owing to not having a net connection during our trip.And now you have disconnected the service. SHAME!

    @ViCustomerCare Please tell your customer care centers to not be abusive to customers and to not lie. They have been stalling me for the past few days with no help from them. When asked, they said, they WON'T do it. Please look into this ASAP
