  @ViCustomerCare There has been no update for a week, and I received the same response 3–4 days ago as well. I’m not sure why such a simple issue is taking so long to resolve. Could someone please call me and help get this resolved? Also, same Vi store preson is not responding now

  @ViCustomerCare Till now problem not solved yet neither your engineer visit my address for checking the network you always gave a false promises, yet no any person came my location for checking my network problems....gyz i am very desatisfying for service of VI network day 1 gave false promises.

  @ViCustomerCare my number is showing “no service” since last two days. It happened last week and started on its own. Not again same thing. Work n personal life is getting disrupted because of this.

  @ViCustomerCare What’s wrong with your network? It keeps showing “No Service”. Airplane Mode ON/OFF is needed to restore it. Then 5G shows but data doesn’t work until I repeat the same process. Why is the network so unstable? Extremely frustrating service....

  @ViCustomerCare Already replied in DMs. Asking for 3 more days (Sept 2) for a delayed order isn't a solution. Please cancel & initiate my refund today so this can be closed.

  @ViCustomerCare Complaint no. 190365310501. When I call 12345 voice update says complaint pending and we will get back to you by 28/08/2026. It does not know today is 31/08/2026. But even then there was no update on 28/8.
