    1/ @ViCustomerCare Using this Vodafone/VI number for YEARS. My mother uses this SIM daily. Suddenly the SIM lost signal completely while she was travelling. Local mobile shops checked the phone & confirmed the SIM chip is faulty and needs reissue.

    @ViCustomerCare Recently ported my 5 numbers from Jio to VI postpaid. I am in Pune and the network is very bad, unable to talk properly, not easy to connect with C Care, I was expecting good service than Jio but it's more worst. 100 towers is only advertising.

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia atleast giving network or better network to priority plan holders . But these @ViCustomerCare mf not providing network from last 1.5 years+ even after paying 1100/month I'm suffering, last thing they tell u its best possible network at ur site Pilibhit Puranpur Up

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I am able to send PORT SMS to 1900 successfully, but not receiving the UPC/porting code. Tried multiple times and still facing the same issue. Kindly check and resolve urgently. #Vi #MNP #PortOut
