    @ViCustomerCare Hi there, I'm not able to use any social media properly and can't download any jpg file on WhatsApp and even i can not open e-learning websites from VI network.! If you can't provide the better service then it's better to not make fake promises. 🙏🙏

    @ViCustomerCare it's very pathatic response from Vodafone CS team I hv lodged a complaint but no update despite of being corporate connection ..nd even nodal officer no is not getting connection team resolve else I hv to take different route

I am already complaint variously but not taken or considered or escalated timely for effectively results it's part of your customers retaliation or satisfactory service and effective result to customer etc

    Hi @ViCustomerCare the VI app is off late very very slow. Logging in takes 3-4 attempts. Once in, I am unable to do bill payment as it's very slow & gets timed out.

    @ViCustomerCare I have already told that there is too worst network in indoor area in my location. Specially in ground floor. Only 2g network showing. Where 5g is knocking your network provides only 2g network. No resolution received from your end. I will port out from @ViCustomerCare,
