  @VodafoneIN Last 20 days Problems for Network call dropped always not clear voice & internet browsing @Idea not a big network .

  The call quality given by #Vodafone network is very bad. There is noise during the phone call and call dropping is very obvious. The range of network mostly show 3g. Very poor network and bad expirence from last few days.. @VodafoneIN

  @ViCustomerCare Replacing Trupti with Neha S doesn't resolve costomer's problem. To resolve costomer's issue, you need to understand the problem then need to work on it. You guys responding on @Twitter, only to maintain social brand value. But, you must work genuinely to live as #Brand
