    The call quality given by #Vodafone network is very bad. There is noise during the phone call and call dropping is very obvious. The range of network mostly show 3g. Very poor network and bad expirence from last few days.. @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare you have stopped outgoing citing no kyc, your store staff at RajaRajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru area untrained and keeps asking to do kyc again and again stating problem with Vi it systems. It's disappointing experience.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare,@nch1915 unable to send/receive SMS for days. Important OTPs are not getting delivered. Despite multiple calls and complaints on the app, tickets are being closed without resolution. This is not expected in such a competitive market. Please resolve urgently.

    @ViCustomerCare Despite recharging 349 rupees pack regularly, I rarely get the service I expect due to constant network problems. If this continues, I'll have no choice but to port my number to another network soon.

    If I had a complaint like this in @airtelindia or @reliancejio then some within 30 min someone must have call and activated my SIM. But @ViCustomerCare is just worse than everyone else. I am sure that within 14th May also the SIM can't be delivered.

    @ViCustomerCare I’m tired of the constant network issues. Every time I recharge with ₹349, I end up facing poor connectivity and unusable service. Enough is enough, I’ve decided to port to another operator. #Vi #NetworkIssue #Porting

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Team, I urgently need assistance regarding an exceptional ownership transfer/KYC regularisation request for my Vi Mumbai number. I am currently residing in UAE and unable to travel to Mumbai due to unavoidable circumstances The number was temporarily taken in a friend’s name only to preserve continuity after a porting/deactivation issue, and I am requesting a compliant remote resolution (video KYC/document verification/NOC etc.). I have already emailed the appellate and customer care teams with all details and documents. Requesting escalation support or guidance from the concerned Mumbai/appellate team please. Thank you.
