    @VodafoneIN Here, so many users around my location 27.2038ยฐ N, 77.5011ยฐ E are using Vodafone. Still, the Service is so pathetic, Most of the time coverage is 3G only, sometimes 2G. ,Escalated many times. kindly arrange to enhance the Service of this area.

    @VodafoneIN What response do you need your customer care doesn't takes my complain saying we can't take complain because there's network congestion in your area. It's not my fault that there's network congestion in my area. I am paying whole amount every 3 month for the high speed internet

    @ViCustomerCare Hi vodafone It has been more than a week, whenever there is a powercut in our area, my vodafone 4G network drops to 2G . And it remains in 2G until the power comes back. After that i have to restart my phone to get 4G network
