@VodafoneIN Here, so many users around my location 27.2038° N, 77.5011° E are using Vodafone. Still, the Service is so pathetic, Most of the time coverage is 3G only, sometimes 2G. ,Escalated many times. kindly arrange to enhance the Service of this area.

@ViCustomerCare your network team is incompetent, irrelevant and also abusive and arrogant. If you could have taken action on network team, than i could not have thought of porting out. Guy's PORT out if you face network coverage issue. Don't hope it will get resolved.

@ViCustomerCare VI's network is worst I have complained many times but nothing came out of it. The complaint is closed after two days after sending some network settings that are not working. There is a problem with both the internet and call drop.
