@ViCustomerCare Since you have still not addressed the internet speed issues for the past 3 years now despite having been a post paid customer since 2010 I am finally porting out of your carrier network to a rival provider. Loyalty counts for nothing in your case I guess. Goodbye

@ViCustomerCare in today's scenario where every mobile service providers offering free caller tunes with unlimited songs change... i don't know why Vi is charging hefty amount for caller tunes. its really a big demotivating move by the provider

Recently I transfer my network to VI postpaid, I thought in metro city like Bangalore they have good network but I was wrong, worst network ever they provide, no internet, no calls nothing working for, my previous network is far better than VI network. @ViCustomerCare
