    @ViCustomerCare Hi vodafone It has been more than a week, whenever there is a powercut in our area, my vodafone 4G network drops to 2G . And it remains in 2G until the power comes back. After that i have to restart my phone to get 4G network

    @ViCustomerCare in today's scenario where every mobile service providers offering free caller tunes with unlimited songs change... i don't know why Vi is charging hefty amount for caller tunes. its really a big demotivating move by the provider

    @VodafoneIN not yet any solution in my area.. For 4g supernet speed it's being going to one month now. Please don't say u r trying to solve the problem. It's being one month.

    @ViCustomerCare @MayankA37057688 Never buy any service from VI. They have always charge wrong amount added in their invoice. This time the charged Rs 2542 without any confirmation to me. VI is a froud company. Don't take VI services.

    @VodafoneIN Hello Sir, Just now on 21/09/2020 at 8:08PM I have recharged Rs. 199 unlimited pack on this 9706907148 number but still my incoming, outgoing call & internet is not working. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare Your agent calls me in connection with my complaint but has no idea what my complaint was about. She doesn't have my complaint number nor is she cognizant of the problem. Apparently she doesn't know what a Repair Guarantee Pack is and I ought to explain it to her.

    @VodafoneIN Well not yet any solution.I think as the largest Telecom company in India it doesn't make you affected if you loose a single customer I guess. So waste of my time using @VodafoneIN connection from past 10 years. Time to change.. And thank you for your idiotic replies everyday..

    @ViCustomerCare An answer from your representative if you complain. It will be okay in a week. There are technical difficulties working team us. But months later the problem remains the same. recharg the money goes like this.

    @VodafoneIN Here, so many users around my location 27.2038° N, 77.5011° E are using Vodafone. Still, the Service is so pathetic, Most of the time coverage is 3G only, sometimes 2G. ,Escalated many times. kindly arrange to enhance the Service of this area.

    Wasted another one month pack money on @VodafoneIN The ineternet speed of this telecom company is so pathetic in the age of mbps speed this company is not even providing me a speed of 100kbps in 4g.Horrible never gonna waste money anymore!

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is just responding stupid posts to buy time. Same question in every dm and they are firm that what was spoilt by them on 13th will be resolved only on 22nd by when I would already be back in India. Will port to another carrier. Very bad experience. #Viscam

    The support from @ViCustomerCare amazed me today. I have been on and off Vodafone user since 2008 but it was never my primary number as the customer care was very poor up until few years ago. But now I can see that they have totally revamped their customer service and it’s way better than @JioCare or @Airtel_Presence . I raised an issue yesterday night and they started working on it immediately. By today evening, my concern was resolved. Less than 24 hours!!! Airtel customer care used to be best in class but now it’s just formality. Jio never learned a thing or two about customer support. But Vi has came a long way and right now best in class.👍🏻
