When called to cstmer care they tld the prblm would be solved by mini store but visiting there the rude employees totally denied any service of call details.Very disappointed!

Why is the service for existing customers always so much worse than a potential/new one? Getting a new sim - you can start using it in minutes Whereas for these issues - hours/days long wait.

Nationalist (@rationalist65) reported@anjusabu @ViCustomerCare Same here. The IR roaming pack didn’t work and on complaining, they just compensated by reducing ₹1000 from the bill. In fact, entire amount should have been refunded when the outgoing calls were not working. It’s just a scam.
