I had recharged using talk time of INR 50/- Now VI is forcing me to pay for another higher plan to restore the services. Extremely bad customer service.

Their excuse is that company policies don't allow them to refund customer's money, even when no service was provided.

Pl note that I was told by retention team that fraudulent charges on my bill would be waived. However 24 hrs later I get a call from customer care saying they won't be.

Upon discovering, the customer support team told me that my address verification failed and hence they had to suspend my services. This was 25 days ago.
