    @promzzz @tabishfarhan36 @reliancejio @VodafoneIN Vodafone Appellate Desk finally confirmed me (in writing) that they won't be able to improve their network in our area and JIO is all about lies. So it boils down to choosing the lesser evil :)

    @VodafoneIN why do you boast of Supernet 4G in TV ads, when you can't even provide 3G speed even in Metro cities like Kolkata...Your service is too disgusting and on the way to derailing customer base... #JioFiber has already arrived as your killer...

    @VodafoneIN I came to Vodafone from jio just for getting Strong & fast Internet and voice connection. But now i feel i am wrong, Vodafone provided much more poor connectivity than jio.. Worst, even customers service are not friendly. Cant fix problems 😣

    @VodafoneIN I had recharge my number for Rs 45 plan and as nothing was mentioned in it I had recharged it, but then as I didn't get it in my main balance I called up customer service and I came to know that it'll be added as a secondary account.

    @VodafoneIN I am premnathmondal and my Vodafone mobile number is 0 i call your customer care today time is almost 11.10 pm on 21/08/19 due to number disconnected but your agent is very rood he is not ready for help me. He tell me (apni jodi bar bar 1kotha bolen i call kete debo)

If I port then I have to recharge again. This is the problem. #Idea is Full Thugs.

    @VodafoneIN extremely rude staff at voda parkstreet store avik and arpan . Had entered to find intl roaming charges on a prepaid number .they kept asking me to give them a voda number and or my mobile number and didn't share a basic info.stock prices no wonder in single digit

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone was one of the best but suddenly facing lot of issues. Take my word they are pathetic and there is no response for any complaints. It really sucks

    @VodafoneIN Just now recd SMS Vodafone Super talktime offer of Rs15. How to avail it, to get Local/STD calls at 30p/min for 28 days, as the same is not getting recharged from Vodafone App. nor Google Pay. Please help.

    I don't know anything but I want my money back. And yes forgot one thing your customer care executive even said this issue is happening with lots of other user's also. So you might wanna take some action before customers take legal action you..!! @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare For your information, Internet issue is only at my place. Outside location, it works perfectly fine 👍 So do according my humble request (register is as complaint) Your site visit was planned before but didn't work out till now. Please, I do have options in my hand IYKWIM 😎

    @ViCustomerCare Appreciating your quick response. Just like reply, please solve my problem at earliest. 6-7 calls to executives Tried APN settings Cache cleared Application re-installed Used other handset Final & last thing SIM changed. It's clear that my area has low network issue. #PLEASE

    @ViCustomerCare On this wonderful day, replaced Vodafone SIM with new VI at the store hoping my internet issue will be solved. But even after requesting (you recorded it as complaints) network issue is there at my home location. Is it a loyalty reward of 15 years on same number & network? #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Location 401202 Vasai West. Network Disappears as soon as there is power outage. And takes at least hour to resume service. Don't you have power backup here?
