    @VodafoneIN worst service at your center in gurgaon. Jmd branch. No one seems to be interested in working. Chatting around. Customers sitting for half an hour and not even one token has moved. U treat customers like crap

    @VodafoneIN no wonder customers porting away. If you treat customers like this what option do they have. Look at your record from customer centers of time taken for one complaint and u shall have your answers. No signal no internet and now no customer service

    Unfair recharge pack for sms facilities by idea. Idea is now making fool customers if this kind of service you are giving than customer definently on last day of validity port their sim from your Telecom. Because its really unfair. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare issue 1 - I was in the Postpaid plan earlier with a corporate plan of 51rs per month but without informing me you have revised the plan to 399 plan which i was not interested in. Finally I moved to Prepaid.
