The call quality given by #Vodafone network is very bad. There is noise during the phone call and call dropping is very obvious. The range of network mostly show 3g. Very poor network and bad expirence from last few days.. @VodafoneIN

@ViCustomerCare I have not received any solution for this since a week. Either refund so that I can recharge with another plan or credit the validity. Even after this your team do not respond, I will be taking up this with Telecom Ministry, TRAI, Consumer Helplines and lastly to consumer forum.
