    Forget about talking to someone else using your network @VodafoneIN one can not even talk to your customer care executive properly . #disappointed

    The call quality given by #Vodafone network is very bad. There is noise during the phone call and call dropping is very obvious. The range of network mostly show 3g. Very poor network and bad expirence from last few days.. @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare Even my wife got irritated bcoz of 5-6 calls every day to convince us. If rather than call us, u could have delivered the SIM on time then probably your teams shouldn't have to give excuses every time calling us. Very Pathetic service mindset

    Still waiting for a proper resolution/refund despite sharing all details, tickets, and explaining that SIM exchange is not possible because the original owner is outside India. Requesting Vi to please resolve the matter fairly. @ViCustomerCare @nch1915 @ConsumerVoiceIn

    @ViCustomerCare no 5 g network is coming in my own, I have checked using the app also, everything is compatible, this area is also having 5g connectivity

    @ViCustomerCare, extre disappointed with the service at your Aurangabad, Bihar store (MG Rd, nr JK Hotel). The staff's behave was unprofessional and brutal. I went to buy a new SIM and select a number, but the partner refu to cooperate, acting as if they aren't a formal Vi store.

    @ViCustomerCare Also, please tell me: where is the nearest store in Dumka? Even the retailer couldn't provide this information; he claims that the entire network in Dumka was down.
