The call quality given by #Vodafone network is very bad. There is noise during the phone call and call dropping is very obvious. The range of network mostly show 3g. Very poor network and bad expirence from last few days.. @VodafoneIN

@ViCustomerCare Even after multiple complaint no action was taken regarding the issue I was facing . And on checking my account I noticed! Your team has closed all my complaint's without any resolution or info. Looking forward to port to a better network than pathetic Vi.

@ViCustomerCare Pathetic Service by Vodafone Idea. Every time m getting Edge connection in my phone. Other network works well. Please respond and provide a solution for this otherwise the last option would be to switch the network provider.@reliancejio Jio much better.

@ViCustomerCare again same problem come ,signal automatic switch from 4g to 3g to 2g and then gone ..... And also speed of internet slow sometimes. Again this problem came .... I don't know what is happening with the vi service that it not providing the service now.

@ViCustomerCare Planning to shut shop? I’ve been trying to get my international roaming connectivity issues sorted for over a month and no one at the company has been able to provide a solution to why I can’t access any networks in Australia! Horrendous service!
