The call quality given by #Vodafone network is very bad. There is noise during the phone call and call dropping is very obvious. The range of network mostly show 3g. Very poor network and bad expirence from last few days.. @VodafoneIN

So @ViCustomerCare punishes you if you use the mobile number portability facility to port out and leave Vi for some other telecom service provider. How? By sending you a hugely inflated and completely fake final bill. And @TRAI doesn't handle individual complaints. Nowhere to go.

@ViCustomerCare I am still facing call drops, as well as network and data issues continuously in Bhayandarpada area, Thane. Your network Engineer just randomly called two weeks ago and still no solution has been offered... I am waiting for an update

@ViCustomerCare why do you have a DND service when cold calls continue? Moreover, you resolve complaints in less than 30 secs claiming incomplete information when all details have been provided? Is this a new way of harassing your customers?

@ViCustomerCare ****** service providers. Your store people first misinform about documents and then ask you to get postpaid plan instead of prepaid even when my blocked sim is prepaid. Then when new SIM is provided, they say they can’t take documents here go to another VI store.
