@ViCustomerCare I'm getting such msgs and phone calls from your team since 3rd... Sim purchased on 27-28 August and till now data not working.. Every alternate day your team just called and do nothing.. Only sweet words.. We will do, you will get solutions....!! 👎🏻👎🏻

@ViCustomerCare Not sure why you have made life difficult to move from Post paid to prepaid. Your team calls and disconnects and doesn't give approval saying the customer has been retained. I am considering moving out of VI. Within VI movement is so painfu!

@ViCustomerCare I am really disappointed with your service. You deactivated my sim due to lack of documents as per your records but from my end I already submitted all the proofs at the time of issuing new sim neither I got any message prior to deactivation. Now all my recharge plans are lapsed

@ViCustomerCare on RedX plan,still unable to activate amazon prime saying it is already activated however,I do not have prime membership it was deactivated wn I changd frm previous postpaid to redx,customer care ain't helping & straightforward denying,Is this y I pay 1296Rs/mnth?
