    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband A complaint is already registered with Youbroadband from my mobile App on 29th Sept but till now it’s not been resolved. Six months subscription is paid in advance. Five days are already lost.

    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

    @youbroadband If a technician is not assigned within the next 2 days, I will be proceeding with legal action with all supporting evidence of repeated service failures and unresolved complaints. Kindly treat this as urgent. Again not working!

    @youbroadband There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!

    @youbroadband WhatsApp chatbot no longer works. There is no IVRS option to talk to support. Is social media shaming the only way to escalate issues now? 3rd day of no internet. Service request not even assigned to an engineer.
