@VodafoneIN @youbroadband A complaint is already registered with Youbroadband from my mobile App on 29th Sept but till now it’s not been resolved. Six months subscription is paid in advance. Five days are already lost.

@youbroadband @youbroadband I had surrendered my broadband router on 2nd Aug and was supposed to get refund ofvthe router deposit charges of 2000 I have registered complaint no 2022082003886 and 2022091702446 spoke with purnima uploaded the cheque details too but no refund

@youbroadband Don't get you connection, because it drops everyday and complains everyday, and the speed is so low that 2g network is remembered. Repenting by giving 3 years money advance.

@youbroadband its been over 24 hours I’m cutt off from my internet. I’m working from and been waiting for my internet to be restored. No one is helping. This is ridiculous services!! No emgineer, no one visited, took money but no after sales service, worst company ever!!

@youbroadband @DoT_India @jagograhakjago I paid around 10k for new connection and later the executive said they couldn't provide due to some local issues and go ahead with refund. I requested for refund and i don't know the status. Executive is not picking up call. CRN: CC657766.
