Hi @youbroadband, you guys have the worst support. No one bloody cares if internet is working fine. From last 2+ months issues are prominent. On daily basis. & when asked for extra days they say talk to customer care. Customer care says their team will check & let me know. Ctnd.

@youbroadband We have several times raised concern about cable been broken but no action is taken yet. Even technician has not come to check upon the issue. Either fix the issue or refund the amount.

@youbroadband I've already done that in the first tweet. I can see what's so slow for the soon to close down company. Customer are the least concern for you broadband. Shame on customer service. I better swap a broadband company for all my broadband connections.

@RajdeepBhuva @youbroadband I got my refund cheque. I would highly recommend you to file complaint in GRIEVANCE website I filed got refunded in 20 days
