    Dear @youbroadband since last 1 month I'm facing ntwk issues on ur BB. I'm tired of loggin complaints & sending SS wn Network is down. I woke up network is not working, thn in noon, again in the evening/night. Worst thing is all my tickets are closed without my confirmation.

    @youbroadband - Very disappointing service....No resolution for plans as well as Wi-Fi connectivity. Huge TAT to resolve the issues. Every week facing connectivity issues 3-4 times in a Nashik...WiFi Down Yesterday Evening, Today Morning & no updates on resolution.....

    Dear @youbroadband Can you please do a minimum help. I made a payment on Sunday for new connection, but still nobody came for installation of the new connection. If you can not provide service, why you are making people fool.

    @youbroadband Most pathetic customer service ever…. Almost 72 hours and still no one has any clue why the internet is down…. Will have to finally consider other ISP’s now

    @youbroadband not having Internet connection for almost 7 days , call centre say no issue from there end , on ground person isn't responding and I know for a fact that my wan is not getting a ip and the switch is not working request help at the earliest as internet is a essential

    @youbroadband account no 1757391 After recharge of 75mbps plan I got speed of 9mbps .after I did complain , one person came and not able to resolve issue. And didn’t come back for service after 24 hrs. Very bad experience

    @youbroadband I’ve been complaining since yesterday for my wifi not working. It’s been 24 hours now and there’s no technical help I’ve received. Your customer care is hopeless. All that they say is that it is on priority and will be fixed soon.
