    @youbroadband extremely low internet speed. No response to the service requests put on the app No reply to calls when i try to dial the number. When I went to complain personally add mtnd in Vadodara (Pancham icon) not found. V. Poor service. Regret switching 2 you broadband

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneIN @youbroadband I have paid one year subscription for 50 mbps broadband. Now Madam Nisha your Baroda sales person doesn’t take my call since payment done. Is there any cheating or fraud. If it is then have to go for police complaint.

    @youbroadband Account no : 1721105 Outage has been there on regular basis in the past one year ! Please check the history of complaints In this month of August 19, out of 24 days, wifi was only for TWO days! Pl credit these days immediately and restore wifi .

    While it’s always great to celebrate and remember Independence we earned, The “ so called outage “ continues and the entire week has gone ! Absolutely unprofessional and pathetic company called YOUBROADBAND ! In the month of August , JUST TWO DAYS OF WIFI CONNECTIVITY.

    Worst after sales service ever!! Literally!!! Don't buy you broadband!! I'm changing my broadband as soon as possible. From past 3 days my internet isn't working. Stupid technician from their department cut my wire and I recently bought youbroadband. @youbroadband @VodafoneIN

    @youbroadband @VodafoneIN @Idea Youbroadband services in Vasna Rd-Baroda are down since 28th July. Call centre is of no help, service engineers do not come, renewal reminders have started 30 days prior...somebody intervene from You/Vodafone

    You Broadband in our area is down since yesterday. Got msg that it will be up by 17:55 hours but till now it is down. VI the owner should ensure 24x7 service as they are ISP which is now very essential service. #youbroadband #TRAI #vodafoneidea

    @youbroadband such a cheater. Showing “outage” and not even allowing ticket creation, then hiding behind a 24 working hours (≈3 days) resolution excuse. Internet down since 26th March till date, and almost every day for hours. This is unacceptable. #PoorService Very rude support

    @youbroadband WhatsApp chatbot no longer works. There is no IVRS option to talk to support. Is social media shaming the only way to escalate issues now? 3rd day of no internet. Service request not even assigned to an engineer.

    @youbroadband @DoT_India Since months You Broadband has had very frequent and prolonged downtime. Their customer service doesnt allow you to raise complaint during outage. After it is up they close the complaint saying its resolved. However we are losing our money. Pathetic.

    @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband Made payment on 11 May. Salesman promised 1–2 day installation, mail said 7 days. Waited 2 weeks, called support 20+ times, technician 50+ times still no connection Filled refund form on 26 May, was told refund in 15 days as installation not done.
