    @VodafoneIN Youbroadband customer care numbers are just IVR.. Automated complaints are registered and resolved.. Again next day connection becomes pathetic. No engineers visit or call, area manager doesn't pick up the call either.

    @youbroadband extremely low internet speed. No response to the service requests put on the app No reply to calls when i try to dial the number. When I went to complain personally add mtnd in Vadodara (Pancham icon) not found. V. Poor service. Regret switching 2 you broadband

    @youbroadband I wish you start following it first My complaint number is 2019080410951(recent) And my net is not working since long Every time I call I get same reply "our technical person will contact you shortly" & "I have forwarded your requests" But still nothing have happened !😠😠

Stop giving copy-paste replies. This has been going on since 11 May. No connection, no refund. Just empty promises #scam

    @youbroadband @youbroadband I have contacted customer care multiple times and received only false assurances, which is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Grievance Portal TRAI for further action. Kindly treat this as urgent.

    @youbroadband @CaGhanshamJoshi @youbroadband Don't force me to go to National Consumer Forum. I have my CA-Final exams next month. My live revision sessions are disturbed due to internet outage. What about this loss?? How will you undo this?? Why should I suffer for negligence/mistake from your end???
