@youbroadband i have lots of connectivity problem. Customer care and technical support are third class. Every 2 - 3 day connectivity problem. Support Teams are not working on weekends and holidays. Nobody give answers

@youbroadband for last 3 days internet is down and the mobile numbers of all the responsible officer is switched off. Is the right time to switch off to other provider. Seems to be WHO CARES attitude.

Internet is not working since 12th January and 2 Support tickets have already closed for same problem stating its fixed. 3 neighbourhood have same complain and no action is taken. Either fix it or refund the recharge so that we can move with other ISP.l asap @youbroadband @TRAI

Horrible customer service by @youbroadband Internet complain was raised on 13th January it was cancelled by site service ppl by themselves had to make another enquiry on 16th and still couldn’t get it done. Worst evr experience in Ahmedabad, guess time to switch to @reliancejio
