    @airtelindia Broadband complaint filed since yesterday no communication till now they say it takes 48hrs !! youbroadband was way better worst service!! did not expect this from such a reputed brand,earlier also i had to suffer for same situation. 9566226126

    Network engineer (professional not form youbroadband) to solve the problem with my own money. Thank god it's a network and he resolved it but it's been 4-5 months no one has visited my place or called. Again i my internet has stopped working and

    @youbroadband Customer service is gone silent for last 6 months. None of my queries answered and same case with others in my vicinity. We are thinking of moving to Act or Airtel in our apartment where there 30+ connections. Committe will initiate the process.
