    @chauhan207 @youbroadband1 @youbroadband Bro its a waste of time to be with youbroadband. There employees don't know anything or else they just ignoring the customer request. If you raised any compliments from app then they will resolve the issues without checking with us. Please change subscriber if possible.

    @isthisswiggy @youbroadband I agree…the connection is down for a couple of hours every other day. God knows what they do ! And they are so Teflon coated that any amount of criticism is like water off a ducks back

    @youbroadband I have no connection from 2 days, spoken to your supervisor who then informed me yesterday saying that they cannot contact the technicians or give me any updates as they are incapable of doing so because of an outage issue. Absolutely horrible service.

    @youbroadband We’re so disappointed in your service.Your customer care execs & technicians have been taking us for a ride for more than 10 days. Been calling incessantly for just transferring the connection even when the entire money is paid! #Unprofessional #WorstServiceEver

    @youbroadband My account number is 2155231, I took this connection on 14th Jan,I paid for 6 months same day,on 21st Jan I got activated and till date the connection is not working,this kind of worst service you are giving for the customer at the starting itself.cust care useless
