    @youbroadband I have booked youbroadband new connection on 9th Jan 2021, Receipt Number-VHD49642415014 till date nobody called to me, AM frustrated with your service, salesperson said within 24hrs installation done, after payment he was not lifting my phone call several times,

    Sir you call yourself India's largest Internet service provider and yet it is the worst service I have ever received. We have registered a complaint on the 3rd, have made numerous phone calls and even emails to your customer care but no response and no resolution.@youbroadband

    @youbroadband for last 3 days internet is down and the mobile numbers of all the responsible officer is switched off. Is the right time to switch off to other provider. Seems to be WHO CARES attitude.
