@youbroadband such an irresponsible service persons u have, internet not working from two days raised complaint in app n till now nobody responded. Jus waiting for the plan validity to complete once it complete never ever vl suggest anyone or vl recharge again

@VodafoneIN_News so an engineer visited today to fix my broadband (@youbroadband) after 2 days of outage ,, and what he said was astonishing" sir the company has not paid the fiber people so I can't fix your connection, it'll take 3 to 4 days before anybody can do anything" . Wow

@youbroadband #worstservice what is this that everyday you're sending notification that your service will be hampered and uptime will be hour or so and when that time is reaches you revise again for another hour. You continue to do so till end of day and start again next day.

@youbroadband Internet not working, complained- no respond, so called yesterday, due to nonworking day, executive accelarate issue,called again today & got reply that it will be attanded today. Still no one came, again called and got answer that its nonworking now so tomorrow.

@youbroadband There has not been a single day in the last 1 year where you guys haven't had an outage. I think it's an everyday ritual that your services are disrupted for hours. I would like to get a refund of the subscription fee I have paid.
