    @youbroadband This is my 2nd tweet. This is for public awareness. Please don't take you broadband service. They are the worst data and internet service provider in mumbai. My you broadband account number is 1898707. From Last 6 months there internet service is worst and pathetic.

    @youbroadband (2/2) Still, there is no refund provided and request is closed automatically. And, to top all this customer care does not have courtesy to reply to the mail communications even a single time. I am fed up. Please process the refund request.

Talked to customer care executive several times past week, yet no response from your team for past 2.5 months for my refund. Time 2 take the legal course now. Youbroadband doesn’t care 4 customers
